I would not take my electronics anywhere else. These guys are honest, timely (and I have a Mac), and always reasonable! The only place in Flagstaff for your computer to be fixed!

Worst then one star!!! This new guy that bought out Dr. Dan is BAD NEWS!!! He ruined my computer and would not back his work. Won’t honor his warranties on equipment you buy. I heard him yell at someone with the same complaint. Bad business. STAY AWAY!!!

This guy is awesome! I got my screen fixed for half of what others were asking! Being a college student I can’t afford an expensive new screen. He was super helpful and got it done so quick so I didn’t have to be without my phone for long! I didn’t feel like I was a business transaction he was friendly, helpful, and genuinely wanted to help me for a good price! Definitely going back with any other computer or phone problems!

Computer was never ready when promised. Took a week and two more days. Dr. Dan said the reason why my CPU was not on schedule is because he was the only one in the store answering phones, and taking care of the front desk. This is not the consumers problem! He had the nerve to be rude because I kept asking about my CPU. I initially had a cracked screen. After he replaced the screen my whole system crashed. He charged me twenty more bucks for restoring my CPU. Dr Dan told me it wasn’t his fault something went wrong as he was completing the work. He should retire ASAP! No joy in the work, and poor customer service. Don’t walk but run away from this place!

I came in with a unresponsive HP laptop and he checked it out. His feedback was honest and very reasonably priced. He gave me great advice on the cost/​benefits of fixing or abandoning it, and he applied the assessment fee to my next purchase. He was very timely and efficient, very helpful and great at explaining my many questions. I like to DIY but I was over my head and they were great. I’ll definitely go there again if I have any more problems.

He didn’t do much to my computer but instead of nickel and diming me he gave me sound advice on what parts I needed to get for him to be able to fix my mac. When I came back with what he needed. He dropped everything, put it in real quick, and I only paid $ 25!!! Take that Geek Squad
