After four years my iMac’s hard drive completely called it quits. I was on the fence as to wether getting a new updated iMac or simply repairing my current one. As my current one was plenty fast with all power I need for my data intensive music & video applications I went about calling on several repair shops. I was most impressed by helpfulness, great care & attention of all the employees at this small local shop. They answered all my questions with an honest & genuine tone that revealed they really care about their customers & gave me several options to choose from. This level of personable customer care is just nonexistent with larger chain operations.
Alpine installed a new higher quality, faster, increased capacity hard drive for a very reasonable price. The quality of their work is readily evident. I will be returning for all my future repair needs as well transferring all my data from my old hard drive. They are highly recommended.
