This place is embarrassing. My roommate have some billing problem with Verizon. We went there trying to clear it up.
All I hear from them is I don’t know about that, I’m not sure about that, I have no idea about that and they told my roommate to call the Verizon customer service.
So if you have any problem or want to ask something, please call your Verizon customer support on the phone before visiting these idiots.

Great service here, even though it’s a small kiosk in the BJ’s. At least the people there are professional and actually help you. They don’t push services on you that you don’t need.
