Where to even begin… First of all paid 20 dollars to get in an empty bar room that was probably collecting cobwebs in the corner. No re entry and if I had to go to the ATM which was inside the bar I couldn’t go back in without paying again. The bartender had no idea what was going on and was on her phone the entire time. Do not recommend to anyone. Waste of time and money. Not worth it.

So, where do I begin at this refuge of mediocrity. Let me count the ways… One: They charge a $ 20 cover, which is typical, but the proverbial cartwheels you have to go through to get the clerk to recognize you’ve already paid is discouraging. She seems very fast with her hands, and very slick with her tongue. Not exactly what you’d want as your first line of defense in customer service. Two: You have to pay to play. This is a hookah bar… but is it? For an additional $ 30, the clear brain child of an entrepreneur milking a specific customer for lackluster luxury, you receive minimal hookah flavors, with minimal tobacco. If you’d actually like to smoke for more than 15 minutes, you’ll have to pay an additional $ 15 for more tobacco, and $ 5/coal. Okay. So, this is what you would call a robbery, at the corner of 2am and desperation. Three: If there’s a hostess here, I’ve met her, and she has no idea what’s going on and not a single delay is due to her negligence. You know…“personal responsibility.“ All and all… I’m giving this haven of destitute… a «tuh» out of «you’re kidding.» You’ve been warned.

I went on a Saturday night at 12am and it was initially extremely dead on the first floor. The 2nd and 3rd floor were definitely the dance floors, with much better music and larger crowds. We stayed on the first floor most of the night and even though I liked how our section was kind of exclusive, it was because not many people were there. The hookah was great and service was nice. My husband also liked the fact that he could smoke his cigar. The music could have been a lot better on the first floor, but maybe it was their idea of variety. The best part is that it doesn’t close until 3:30am, unlike most places that close at 2am. However, I thought it was awful that they only take cash for everything, including the bar and hookah! Overall, nice venue and great time.

If you would like to support a place where bouncers put their hands on women come here! I watched a bouncer choke out my(male) friend for asking a question about dress code, as well as push my sister down to the ground at the bottom of the steps. Along with another woman being knocked down by a male bouncer 3xs her size outside of the place! Mind you they do have female bouncers to handle situations but instead they allow their male bouncers to put their hands on female customers who were not rowdy to begin with. I was very disappointed considering I have been here twice before with no issue but after this past Saturday I will never come here again.

The atmosphere is great. There is a great vibe that continues throughout all three floors of the nightclub. They have different music that entertains everyone. Highly recommend this club for a night out.

I’m an out of towner but this is the only place I’ll go for late night partying. They have a hookah lounge on first floor then 2 more floors. This is the spot.

I was there to celebrate a friend’s bday, the staff was friendly & pleasant, they had 3 floors with different djs playing variety of music & they have hookahs on the 1st floor… Best of all they stay open til 330am which’s very rare in philly.

Granted I never pay to get into this establishment, I still never really have fun here. It’s either super PACKED or super EMPTY. there is no in between. And Lord, when it is packed it feels like there is no AC. I’ve never had to purchase my own drinks, or hookah here, but from what I understand the prices are what you should expect from a club. The 3 floors is appreciated, adds variety. Parking is always easy around this area, you may have to walk about a block. The best thing about this place is the time they close. Philly doesn’t really have venues that stay open past 2am. This place stays open until 3:30.

The worst club experience ever, that was my first and last time going. i went there with some friends paid $ 20 to get in(that was fine, im used to paying more after 12, they took my id, then they were scanning my face to see if the arithmetics of my face match my id(very strange but ok I’m opened minded) there staff was very rude no manners, there was old caucasian man by the front entrance with a counter. Very strange, after i paid he said if you exit, no re entry. The coat check was instilling on getting a tip, that where they keep the hookah. The walking bartenders and hookah ladies had an attitude because they had to work, lol if you don’t like your job, then quit. Then when i trying to leave, i walk towards the entrance wit my coat, and the same old man yelled at me saying you have to leave thru another exit. Im very confused when the exit sign was on top of him. It was my first and last time ever going there. I DONOTRECOMMENDTHISPLACEATALL. They LACKSERIOUSCUSTOMERSERVICE.

Last night, we celebrated my brother’s 21st birthday here. We had a great time. For starters, I found this place online and choose it based on the reviews. On Friday I called the owner, Muhammad, and asked about hosting the party Saturday. He was very accessible, kind, patient and didn’t seem to mind my many questions due to my unfamiliarity with Trilogy. The night of the party, we had inclement weather and it changed many of the plans I previously made with Muhammad. He was very easy to negotiate with and was more than accommodating. I contacted him once I arrived and he met me at the door. He even came to me during the party after I texted him a question. Not a snob, I just couldn’t find him at that point lol. All of the staff were accommodating actually, contrary to some of the previous posts I read. The doorman made sure that we were sheltered from the storm while waiting to get checked in by security. Once we entered the main level, we were greeted by two staff members, one of whom gave each lady a single red rose when we entered. The staff that attended us in the VIP section was attentive as well and prompt with service. They also cleared out people who tried to just pop in. To put the icing on the cake, Muhammad apologized to me for not getting to have the full experience we were hoping for because of the storm that night. Who does that? I haven’t experienced customer service quite like this in such a long time. It’s refreshing to have had such an experience. The main downfall of the night was that the storm prohibited many people from coming out, I assume. We will be coming back to see Trilogy in full swing!

Although I enjoyed the music and the atmosphere, I did not appreciate being told that the bartenders are not«allowed» to give out free tapwater to partygoers. When I told the bartender this was illegal, they merely shrugged. I definitely won’t be going there again, especially not after having to pay $ 10 at the door.

Well, I just recently found out what was the real reason for the fights(to protect my feelings) and I am appalled at how unprofessional the security is here. Apparently, a bouncer and a party-goer were scoping people out making sexual comments and insults to people. A few they actually walked up to and blurted it out including a heavier girl they made an exercise joke to. My friend saw them pointing to me insinuating I was flat-chested and had jacked-up teeth and defended me. The one was debating to approach me. When they said it was none of his business and made it racial(«White boy») he retorted back at them. When he went to walk away, the one hit him and he struck back. When people came to my friend’s aid when people realized what was going on, all the bouncers threw them out and/or fought them. This is a disgrace.

Bouncer told me it costs a hefty $ 20 dollars to get into the party and entry/bar only accepts cash. If you spend $ 100 on hookah, they accept cards tho. They have an ATM at the door, but it’s dumb not to allow cards for everything. Music was decent(baltimore club, dance hall, and twerk hip-hop). Seems like a place you’ll get shot tho.

Yes. We’ve been for a few parties and it’s been great. Needless to say with crazy bad events happening and an ex girlfriend showing up, It was still such a great night. I understand why she came too. Such a big place, there’s room and time and music for everyone. It’s great. 3 floors!!! Is some problems with drug scene during certain events but they do try and control this during and it really only seems to be during those few events.

This place was a pleasant surprise. The three different levels gives it a great atmosphere. They do there best to accommodate their patrons and drinks are great.

UPDATETOREVIEWBELOW: Muhammad(spelling?) was MORE than accommodating once we got in. As promised by Erin, we were granted front of line preference at 11. Actually, we were the first party inside. We had access to our preferred seating, and when a friend showed up much later than expected, Muhammad was willing to come outside and wait in the cold with me for over ten minutes until he arrived. The service improved substantially. Heads up to anyone reading this: Trilogy opens at 11 on Saturday nights! My friends and I arrived at approximately 10PM on a Saturday night, in accordance with Trilogy’s posted opening time. Staff refused to let us in, and told us that they don’t open until 11PM on Saturday nights. Why isn’t this mentioned on the Groupon, or their website, or… anywhere? The manager left much to be desired, and wasn’t helpful. The DJ was kind enough to offer the first round on him. But seriously. Management could and SHOULD have done better. They didn’t offer to accommodate us for the inconvenience for our party of nearly 15. Many party members left in disgust… Trilogy! Do better! Your ambiance is nice and folks love hookah. Improve your people skills and public relations, and perhaps you’ll get better reviews!
