Pretty average restaurant… it’s located in a sort of Viet/Asian strip mall that’s out of sight from the main parkway. It just newly opened, there is a Phở Ta in South Philly too. I had the bun bo hue(beef noodle in spicy soup) and it wasn’t bad but there wasn’t too much toppings in it. I also had their summer rolls which they were pretty stingy with the pork/shrimp even though it was $ 5 for 2 rolls… My Mom had the beef stew noodles and could tell that the corrects were not stewed long with the soup base. The carrots were still hard and crunchy, not soft. Not a bad restaurant, but has much room for improvement in the food. The venue is huge though with tons of seating and is next to an Asian supermarket. Don’t be deceived by the metal gates on the window outside the restaurant. That’s the window of a different business that is closed.
