They said my glasses(@ $ 370) would arrive within ten days. I call on Monday, after 13 days, and they say they will be ready tomorrow. I come in and they’re not ready, but they promise them for Wednesday. Not taking any chances, I come in Thursday, six days after they were promised. After waiting 15 minutes, I find out they still aren’t ready, but if I wait ten more minutes they will be. After waiting 50, during which I watch the tech talk on the phone while working, I learn the tech BROKE them. Who knows when I will actually get my glasses now!?! They are giving me some free cleaning kit, but I would really just like my glasses. Next time I need glasses, I will find a place where people know how to give a better time estimate.

I went here for an eye exam recently because I had to finally admit that I needed bifocals. I was really surprised how high tech and thorough the doctor was and the best part is that I got a detailed photo of the back of my eye done so I could avoid those drops they use. I am happy and comfortable now with my new no line lenses that help me see everything like I used to when I was younger.

Been getting my glasses here for the last 4 years. Had alittle issue with my lens but they fixed it for me without an issue. Ask for Bob! He’s what great customer service is all about!

Horrible service… when glasses arrive the customers are suppose to receive a phone call which never happened with my husbands glasses when you ask an employee they give you attitude. The replacement deal which is the insurance you can purchase along with the glasses isn’t a bonus they try to do it at the store cheaply instead of sending your glasses away only to have to frustrate the customer because the glasses aren’t accurately fixed. My husband has been without his glasses for a month an a half which is entirely too long. And still no phone call.

«Glasses in about an hour»? Ha! Try one month and STILL no eyewear that I paid over $ 400 for! Every single time I inquired about my order the reply was the same«the lenses will be ordered today». Yeah. After a month of that I told them I no longer wanted my order. They reimbursed the full amount without argument and with an apology so I will give them credit for that. The are also understaffed and the day I went in to cancel my order I had to wait over one hour for a 5-minute thing. They also don’t have a sign up anywhere that says you must sign in as soon as you walk-in so some people had been waiting for half an hour without knowing and other people signed in ahead of them. Not good let me tell you. I had no problem with the contact lense department — seen right away and got my contact lenses within a few days of placing my order. It’s the eyeglass department that’s the problem. Took a while but I finally learned my lesson — avoid chains! My experience at a Pearle Vision a year ago was no better. Ugh. Lesson learned — don’t go to chains for eyewear!

EVERYTIME I go here, I get hit on by a weird sales associate. But other than that, they are fantastic. They are so fast too. You can come in whenever you need to to get your glasses adjusted. even if you didn’t get them from there. They are just super nice and very helpful.
