I think this location is awful. The cashiers all have this blank stare because they are retarded. The selection is great if you’re a size XS or S. if not, go somewhere else! Hate this store so much.

Compared to other NY&C, this store has pretty much the same variety and quantity of clothing. Customer service, on the other hand, is lacking. When I walked in I was not greeted, even though an associate was folding clothes right next to the door. I wandered around the store for about 20 minutes, never once being asked if I could use assistance finding anything. I noticed that no other shoppers were offered assistance either. When I was ready to check out I was the only person in line. There were no employees to be found; I waited in line for five minutes before an employee came to the register, and I was barely given a «hello.» As I was about to leave, I noticed I had mistakenly been charged twice for one item. Again, I waited at the register for another five minutes. Again, no greeting or apology for the inconvenience. After my wonderful visit to the KOP location last weekend, the Cottman location doesn’t come close to comparing, at least in terms of employees.
