I’ve ordered a couch off of their website weeks ago and still have not received it. They have not answered my numerous emails or phone calls. I’ve just received an email with my tracking info that shows that I could have received my couch 2 weeks ago but they are saying I’ve left out my apt number, which is a lie, I’ve kept my receipt and I’d filled out my information correctly and completely. My couch is now being shipped back to the seller and they are still not answering my calls or emails to have my info confirmed. They have been the most unresponsive company I’ve ever dealt with. They were very inexpensive and now I see why, because they are a horribly disorganized, poor customer service business that STILL has not delivered the couch that I purchased.

I had a mixed experience with this place which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. but If I could give it 3 and a half stars I would because it does have some extremely helpful workers who make good suggestions. It sales a good assortment of furniture at fairly reasonable prices too. All kinds of beds, futons, lamps, and dining room furniture that is capable of really tying any room together(A La Big Lebowski). I ordered a Queen sized futon from them and the person who helped me was very informative and made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. the only problem was waiting for the delivery. They had to special order it out of the main warehouse which was just outside of Pa. so you think it wouldn’t take too long? I waited over two months for it to come in! fortunately I had a older futon that was capable of holding up until It arrived(barely which almost sucked). And what I got was a really good piece of furniture. but no one should have to wait for that long for something to come in! The selection is worth picking up though, and they do have good items in their store. Just do yourself a favor. If they don’t have it available in the store then don’t bother having them order it for you.
