Good cheap drinks, even more drink specials on the weekends, theres also a DJ on the weekends so prepare for loud music if you come on a Friday or Saturday night. Good mayfair bar though all around.

I came here on a Friday around 9ish and the place had a nice crowd. They had $ 1 domestic bottles that night, a price you cannot beat! They play really great music here and have plenty of flat screens to catch a game. They also have this really fun hook game by the front entrance. The place fills up really quick specially around 11ish. I requested a song from the DJ but it was never played and I was there for over 2 hours. Also one of the bathroom door lock in the women’s bathroom was broken. Also they don’t have any drafts, only bottles. It’s not the greatest place I’ve ever been to but it’s a cheap spot that plays great music. PS no hats allowed even though it’s a sports bar. that’s a little odd.

Only have $ 20 and want to go out? Well this is the place to go on a Friday or Saturday. I always have a good time, I usually go early right before the large crowds come it. It does get packed! But who can beat dollar beers? All the bartenders are really cool also. The only thing that will probably throw you off is the shot girl walking around. You don’t really know what your getting for your money. Overall it’s a cool spot.

Always a fight. It’s been 3 different bars in like the past 10 years. Always packed. Nothing special about it besides its next to the liquor store.

Which isn’t exactly the bar’s fault. It’s a mayfair bar therefore it’s occupied by mainly mayfair locals.
Drunk Mayfair guys under 25 = pure hostility.
The bar’s history will back that up. You will hear some of the most gruesome fight stories that took place at hammerheads. Including people being thrown through the front window (on multiple different occasions)
The bar has potential, but their location will continually give them a bad rep

all the bars in the Mayfair area, this one my friends is the worse to me. Don’t try coming here when its packed and expect to walk around freely and get a drink, I came here around st patty’s day and walked right out, came here once on a random weekend and hated every second of being here. I could also count the amount of creeps who tried hitting on me as well. I enjoyed my pretzel-​purchasing expirence at the soft pretzel factory 20 min later much better. Don’t do it. You’ll thank me.

Tried to go there the other night but got stopped at the door for wearing boots even though I’ve been there a dozen times with boots on and other people were going in and out wearing boots.

Not the best experience I’ve had… the bathroom is literally falling apart with only two stalls (one doesn’t really lock) in the ladies room. The bartenders were nice but not the fastest, and there were only guys workings. Attracts a much younger, college crowd… I don’t think I’d return. Drinks were pretty cheap though.

Well, I am a young girl that lives right by Cottman and Frankford. My bar options are extremely broad. It all depends on the atmosphere I am looking for that night. This bar is fun because the drinks are especially delicious. They have a dance floor and the music is right on beat. I also like the old grumpy guy outside carding people. I hate partying it up next to a 16 year old with a fake ID.
If you are going there on Friday or Saturday nights, you WILL be pushed around, get a drink spilled on you, and sweat your butt off. Even though it is a very long place, it is extremely narrow– kinda like a row home. But it hasn’t stopped me from going here. I still like the atmosphere. You just have to be prepared on Friday and Saturday nights!
Oh and for the guys– you cannot wear basketball shorts. My boyfriend almost got kicked out for that reason. Thank God we knew one of the bouncers because I did not get all cute just to turn back around!

This place always has a DJ on the weekends so you have two problems:
1) Music that is too loud. I don’t understand how people can stand around talking to each other.
2) You get to hear hip hop.
The crowd is a lot of 21 year old and early twenties people. Just not a place for this one.

I had fun dancing here. Drinks way cheaper than in California! It was a bit «younger» for my liking, but had fun dancing/​drinking with the girls anyway.
