So the service was just ok, but the woman made a yellow curry with crab. This is my favorite dish from my trip to thailand, and no one can really do it like that. This woman pulled it off, it was just like being there again. Great authentic food thats reasonably priced.

I’m a huge fan of Thai food in general, and now I’m a fan of Circles Headhouse(from a food standpoint). I came here on a rainy Sunday evening for a quick dinner(after having ordered takeout from here before) and was impressed with the newness of the restaurant. We were seated by the register area(not ideal in the end) and could watch the food being prepared(I’m always a fan of this). After a quick look over the menu(I tend to order similar Thai dishes), we decided on steamed dumplings(for the life of me I cannot remember if they were vegetarian or not), chicken Pad Thai, and tofu Pad Kee Mow. All of the food was amazing(spicy and salty justtttt enough), and our server was sweet and pleasant, but when it came time for the check, I sat there for nearly five minutes while the entire staff stood at the counter attempting to figure out which take out order goes where — it was a legitimate mess, and no one even glanced at me to notice I had boxed up my food and was anxiously waiting to pay. Eventually I was able to pay, but I don’t know if I’ll be returning to dine in anytime soon(delivery is quick af so I’m not worried).

Got the Pad Kee Mow and Crab Rangoon as a pick up order. The food was the perfect temperature and quite tasty. I like my food thai hot and it was perfectly hot. And prices are reasonable for more of a higher end take out Thai place. Although they do have tables. I would definitely go back again.

I have the flu so I decided to treat myself to some takeout, and I read that spicy food & protein help you heel faster. I’ve heard great things about Circles. Delivery guy was here on time but couldn’t find the place & was cursing up a storm freaking out he couldn’t find it, I have zero voice & he was frustrated he couldn’t hear me give him directions… Get my food and there’s no chicken in it. Call them up, they apologize and send a new one. The new one came pretty fast… But 85% of the curry spilled into the plastic bag… And there was no rice. Maybe this place is just meant to be a eat in place because 2⁄2 would not recommend delivery.

Bizarre set up inside. Dirty. Loud. Smoky. The place has an industrial post-apocalyptic vibe to it Mad Max or Katniss would feel at home here. Don’t eat in. Also the vegetable cheesesteak rolls are disgusting. Processed Kraft singles cheese wrapped in wonton noodles then deep fried and served cold. Just to add insult to this atrocity. Ordered pad Thai and realized upon my first bite realized that I was going to hurl. Unimpressive and non-edible food. Avoid.

Hurray for tofu that is actually cooked before being added to the curry! I’m so glad I found this place. I loved my first order of Massaman curry so much that I actually branched out and ordered something new the second time. The Massaman curry was perfect, and like I said, the tofu was cooked to my liking, so it didn’t fall apart and make a mess in the curry. I also loved the yellow curry in my most recent order, although the potatoes seemed quite undercooked this time around. The spring rolls were okay, although they were a little overcooked. I loved the roti, which was greasy and heavenly(I like greasy roti; I can understand if others don’t appreciate it). Luckily for me, there is a lot of other stuff on the menu which sounds pretty good! I’m excited to try everything else they have to offer.

We stumbled into this place after the Morrocan restaurant was too full to accommodate us. While the customer service was good, I was very disappointed with the food and so was my partner. The crab Rangoon was filled with cheese… there wasn’t a piece of crab meat to be tasted in that dish; the Roti was ok but greasy; the salmon pad Thai was’nt good and the salmon was severely undercooked. They did make a fresh peice to try and accommodate us for the mistake but bottom line… if your looking for good Thai food on South Street… I’d say Go the extra few blocks to Tamarinds.

Came with a large group(12 people) for a friends birthday. They were extremely accommodating to our every need, the service was quick, the food was delicious and the prices were right. However a lot of us ordered our food medium and it was VERYVERY spicy. Unless you like REALLLLLY spicy, stick with mild.

I made reservations here a few weeks ago on a Saturday night. It was quiet, and I definitely didn’t need the reservation. However, the food here was just as good as the other locations! My red curry was phenomenal! I’m so excited that there is a Circles right down the street! BYO like the others.

I was originally craving fish tacos but decided on Thai food. I ordered using Caviar. I got vegetables spring rolls, pad kee mao and lemongrass soup. As I started eating the lemongrass soup I noticed that there was string in the soup. The string was interlaced with the veggies in the soup. The food is pretty good but I have had better Thai food. Lemongrass soup situation gives this place 3 stars.

This restaurant is a great addition to the society hill area. I have gotten take out from this place three times in the last month. The crab pad thai was excellent. The pumpkin curry is unlike anything I have ever had in Thai restaurant. I got food from here for a large family dinner last weekend and everyone was extremely pleased.

Just got delivery from Circles and boy was I happy with how quick they were!(I was starving… and also hungover) I got the Thai rice soup and Pad Woonsen. The soup was spicy and flavorful but a little on the salty side. The Pad Woonsen was absolutely delicious! Authentic or not, this Thai food was good! I’d definitely order again

Much room for improvement. I actually enjoyed Tuk Tuk Real(restaurant by the same Chef, Alex Boonphaya) better than this one so far. Being asian and loving Thai food, as well as having already been to one of the other two locations… I had fairly high expectations for this place. Notes: — The cheesesteak rolls come with ketchup. They are elevated to such a higher level, when you dip them in Sriracha. Plus, it just makes sense, given the nature of the restaurant. We asked for some on the side. While it did take the waitress a while, as well as two more reminders, to finally secure us some Sriracha… It was worth it. — It’s a BYOB, so I loved the idea of having a mixer menu on the back… Until the waitress told that none of them were available, and she wasn’t sure when they would be. Looking forward to trying them, whenever they do. — I ordered the«Crispy» Red Snapper with curry/veg, and my boyfriend ordered the Pad Thai Duck. Each entrée came with the available spice level options of Mild, Medium, Hot, and ‘Thai hot’. The waitress said that the Thai Hot was 13 on a scale of 1 to 10 and would probably burn her face off. Stemming from that advice, bf ordered Medium and I ordered Hot. However, his ended up a zero(not spicy), and mine tasted like a Mild-Medium. Also, the red snapper was not crispy at all. I thought that redemption time had finally come for dessert. They have Sticky Rice w/Mango(bf’s favorite… ever ever ever). Unfortunately, the waitress told us that just like the entire drink menu, this too was unavailable. I guess you can’t find worthy mangoes all the time, oh well. To end on a good note, the Thai Coffee was our favorite thing we had that night. BF doesn’t even like coffee, but after trying mine, he decided to have one himself. Despite my overall unimpressed view of the place, I will return eventually. Hopefully, my experience the next time around will be better. Cheers!

Good things come in threes. Circles just opened its third location, so therefore it must be good. Even after just attending the Circles Headhouse grand opening, I have good feelings. The strongest feeling is a sense of familiarity. The sampling menu of the evening consisted of crab ragoon, pork and crab dumplings, cheesesteak egg rolls, lemon grass soup, Thai beef salad, papaya salad and garlic basil fried rice. The fried rice and soup were the standouts amongst stellar offerings. The fried rice tasted like Circles. If you’ve been to their other locations, you know that’s a good thing. If you haven’t, now you know. The lemon grass was perfectly seasoned and had a nice little kick. To be honest, I enjoyed Tuk Tuk Real, the former Chef Boonphaya restaurant in this location, but I’ve always enjoyed the other Circles spots a little more. If there was any way to bring the Tuk Tuk Real lamb nachos to this new Circles, euphoria would be reached.
