Campbell Square Park is a perfectly representative little slice of Port Richmond life, which as a life long resident really endears it to me. At any give time there are old Polish men playing checkers, some sort of community event going on, yuppies walking their dogs, school aged kids meeting up, and yes-occasionally a little hood rat causing trouble. But what neighborhood park doesn’t experience this. This park really brings people together in the neighborhood. Just last week it was the host of a huge flea market that drew hundreds of people and was a huge success. The friends of Campbell square park is a great organization that works tirelessly to improve the park and the community as a whole. Their efforts are appreciated and very evident in this lovely park!

Small neighborhood park. People try to keep it clean but it’s hard. Nice if your walking and you wanna just sit for a few minutes. They have several event’s here during the year. For the even’ts I’ll say its good. Other wise its just a park. The main attraction is a totem pole that was made out of a old tree. cool
