Moderate park in the neighborhood. Fine as far as having a place for the kids to play, or to stop off on a walk/jog for some relaxing on a bench. Clean enough, and decently maintained lawn/trees. Otherwise nothing much of note here(have not been during any neighborhood events though).

Konrad Square is definitely a gem in the neighborhood. At any given time of the day, there are kids playing, teenagers hanging out(possibly up to no good but you know how that goes), people walking their dogs, old men and women(F-town lifers!) getting their daily people-watching fix, lovers making out, etc. The park is one of the cleanest in the area, obviously maintained by the Fishtown Neighbors Association. There is plenty of lawn space for activities(picnics! frisbee! catch!) but watch out for dog poo, as some folks tend to conveniently turn their cheek when pup is dropping a bomb. During the warmer months, there are events that take place: the Saturday flea market, Thursday night barbecues(courtesy of the church across the street) and even the occasional movie night! Good stuff, I tell ya.
