Whenever I need my bubble tea fix this is the place to go. I live close by and this place is open very late which is a plus for night owls. The phở is good, it doesn’t take a long time to receive it unless it gets very busy. The only annoying thing is service, it’s easier to go and grab whatever you need from the counter(napkins, chopsticks, etc). They do run out of boba and jellies at times, I’m not a fan but my friends have tried to order it in their drink and they said they’re out. Also you can call the place and get phở on the go which is pretty cool, but I believe it tastes better when your there.

Stopped in about 9PM on a Monday night. My wife and I each had one of their noodle salad bowls instead of Phở and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The place was still like a big cafeteria and a bit clattery but the service was good. We were quickly shown to a table the server brought water and took our order. The food came out in about 10 minutes. There were lots of people picking up take-out orders. It is not fancy but the food is good.

I’ve definitely tried to like Phở Tai. I used to like it quite a bit previously. Anyway here goes. The restaurant itself is pretty big. A giant square room with square tables in a square formation. Nothing really interesting. I think that might be an issue. It might be so big that they cannot put real love and care into their food. Too busy just pushing food out. We got seated, no problem there. Usually with phở, it’s pretty quick to order from the moment you sit down to when the server waits on you. This time around, it took long enough for me to be like«What’s taking so long?» They may have read my mind because soon after, they showed up. I ordered my food — Chicken Breast and Spring Roll. I’ve always did like their spring roll. I wish they have more shrimp in it… but that would only make something good better. Spring roll is good. Their Chicken Breast teriyaki, tho… It had quite a bit of chicken, some of which its texture did NOT feel like chicken breast. I’m guessing it’s probably one of those«chicken breast and rib meat» combo’s you can find at grocery stores. They did drench the chicken breast in sauce. like can-I-get-some-chicken-with-my-sauce sauce. Next, their salad is your generic teriyaki salad. Again… the sauce. Lots of sauce. And it wasn’t even spread out evenly. It was clumped out like how you squeeze ranch out of a bottle — you know how it comes out in clumps. I still ate all my food… but I didn’t enjoy it. My fiancé ordered the chicken bahn mi — She enjoyed it. One really positive thing I can say about this place is their frozen yogurt. I love their frozen yogurt. The biggest thing that brings me back to this place would be the fact that I could get their frozen yogurt. My fiancé ordered the grape bubble tea. It’s a nostalgic grape flavor. pretty good.

Rude female waitress. I ordered a phở soup and the broth wasn’t hot enough to cook the meat so I asked for it to be reheated. The waitress said«I will get you new one, but next time you tell me you want the meat cooked fully.» And I have been to very good tasting phở places that are cheaper as well and get better service and the food is great quality. Also usually when i order phở, the meat cooks as you eat, it doesn’t stay raw. I don’t know if I was there at a wrong time?

Fast food style Phở restaurant. They’re open late, but for some reason the Phở didn’t taste that great. I’ve been to better Phở Tais in the area.

I’ve been here several times and I always get the same thing for the most part. Only thing I would say is no to the fresh rolls they put like some type of piece of meat I presume but I have no idea what it is. They are fast. The peanut Thai sauce was not blended well and looked disgusting but the service is fast and the prices are good. Their bubble tea is okay.

They are open late. Service is always quick. And food is always the same. Best phở is FedWay hands down.

Just ordered #32 to go; and it comes with fried egg rolls but told the cashier no egg rolls please, and she suggested if I would like a fresh shrimp spring roll instead. Who would have thought someone from a Phở restaurant would accommodate that? I was caught by surprised, and couldn’t say no to fresh spring rolls! I usually order that for appetizers anyway. The cashier, Yen who took my order was very welcoming, and friendly. As I waited for my food, I watched her gave all the walk in customers amazing customer service.

I use to live in Federalway and so this was really the ONLY go-to late night local spot on the weekend open until 4 am for night owls and ratchets a-like. I would really just call this an Asian fusion restaurant more than I would a Vietnamese restaurant. It’s clearly owned by Koreans and they have food to match including hot pot and other dishes. Food: The Phở is mediocre at best. If you’re looking for better phở during the day go across the street. However I understand if it’s 2AM. If you’re not of sober mind this might be the place on earth, I know I have made that mistake. Favorite — Pork/chicken Sandwiches. If you’ve ever wondered why they are not called vietnamese sandwiches here, that’s because they are not. However the sandwich is stuffed and delicious. Service: Not terrible.

Friendly, efficient &DELICIOUS! We were seated right away. Didn’t have to wait too long for for our orders. Our server was wonderful. She explained that the dish we ordered was big enough for 2 people and offered to bring us extra bowls and utensils to share. Overall good experience.

We got phở 02 and chicken katsu. My boyfriend said the chicken katsu was too dry :/mine was okay and had a lot of meat but was expecting the steak to be a little more red like in the menu picture. Ordered spring rolls as well and that tasted great like as always and they serve u with a lot of sauce to dip on which is great cuz I usually get extra sauce at any places: P

Only phó place that was open late on Sunday’s that I’m aware of so I dropped in. Ordered a bowl and as I sat and waited for my food to come I observed and couldn’t help but to notice all the craziness going on. The workers are constantly running around everywhere, bumping into people and knocking things over. It is so loud and the workers are always yelling it’s hard to eat comfortably. Witnessed an older gentleman who may have been restaurant manager or owner telling the couple sitting at the table next to mine that«soup was not free» he was literally so upset at the fact that one of his employees may have said the soup was free to these customers. I was so bothered by the amount of chaos and noise the workers were making that I decided to just request for a to go cup. During my short visit I was never asked if I was doing okay or needed a refill on my water… And once I was ready to leave i asked 3 times for my to go cup and they finally brought it 15 mins later. I always tell myself I am not coming back to this place because of the horrible environment and customer service but I somehow get dragged back in there by a friend. Only thing I like about this spot is that the soup comes out pretty quick. There are other phó restaurants near by and would highly recommend dinning at the other ones. Overall HORRIBLE customer service and worst phở dinning experience. Next time I won’t be going back!

No vegetarian broth based phở here. But they have tofu teriyaki, veg spring rolls, tofu banh mi, and tofu bun(vermicelli with veggies). The nice waiter had made me a vegetarian sauce to go with my tofu bun! Thumbs up for excellent service, Kyle!!! My fav is tofu banh mi. Fried tofu with the French baguette and their creamy sauce. Perfect mix! There are plenty of tables here. Came here with 20+ friends

Since it was late at night and this place was the only place open at the time, my gf and I decided to stop by. We were craving teriyaki so we both ordered it. The results: The rice was cold Teriyaki had no flavor To top it all off my gf’s dish had a long hair in it! Gross! That was enough for us to not finish our meals. This place is probably good just for the phở and nothing else. Won’t be coming back here again.

This time this place has gone downhill. Sadly that the service are so horrible, wait time is longer and the portions got smaller. The place is colder than what it should be, and nothing seems to inorder for this place anymore. We ordered steak phở which looked like they skimped out on the few meats. We had the chicken yakisoba which seems to me looked like an appetizer because the portion was really small, and the bubble tea didn’t have any pearl or jelly in it. All this is by far appalling and I probably will not visit this establishment ever again.

Good place to get phở. Here’s what to expect: Food: Bulgogi — very good Teriyaki — good(too much sauce) Phở — good broth but a bit oily. Ox Tail is my go to — hearty meaty ox tails but sometimes a bit hit/miss Service: Getting seated — done fairly quick Order taking — fast sometimes too fast Once you get your food — difficult to get assistance, refills, or any needs taken after.

Oh Phở Tai, you’ll always have a place in my heart. You have expanded but now your food quality has gone down. There’s a girl that gives excellent service. Don’t give up all hope. She may only work nights because I see her mostly on weekday evenings and late weekend nights. She sets the bar high for the others and any table would be blessed to get her as a server. She’s worth that third star. Yes, her only. If not her, than ugggghhhh — am I right? I came here when they first opened and became so popular because they were the only phở place to open so late especially on the weekends(4AM!). I have been there for pre-game festivities crowd, the after-work-I-just-want-phở-and-good-company crowd, and the infamous after-party-need-food-NOW crowd. And I’ve been apart of every one of those crowds. I remember the phở used to taste so fresh. It was so good you didn’t even want to add anything to it. But of course you add everything you possibly can to it because it’s phở. Now, unless I’m intoxicated, I have to try hard to get it the way I like it. I still come here because of its nighttime convenience but every time I’m hoping for a miracle. Btw, their drinks are still bomb. Thai tea — goood. Boba — gooooood. Wish they served milk tea so I don’t have to make the drive to Oasis.

My wife prefers this place but I have never actually liked it. I find the food bland and the service non existent. I don’t like to share tables with strangers but the way they have it set up — expect to have others right next to you — at the same table. They did expand the location and it was crowded so I guess I am in the minority. Their Phở soup is at best OK and the Teriyaki bland with two star pushing it. As others have said — you are seated — order taken and you pay. Don’t expect any greeting, checking back, or any courteous servers. The final frustration is our bill looked like it had been dropped and handled by dirty sticky hands. Hated to bring it up it was so sticky and dirty.
