Pho Hoang

I use to work around the corner from here and went here for lunch on the daily.
Food:
Favorite — They’re salmon dish: healthy and delicious. As a Vietnamese-​American, it’s more on the american side however it is so good.
Least favorite: The Vietnamese sandwiches. Don’t get me wrong they taste okay. But if you’re use to Seattle’s Deli style Vietnamese sandwiches they’re a lot more bread than substance. It’s upsetting, especially for the price.
Service:
The old man that runs the place is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet. The kids can be a little short yet timid with you but, I’ve never had high expectations for good service from any Asian restaurants. No authentic ones at the very least.
Price:
Relative to the area — average.

I ordered a sardine sandwich, what they brought out was a beef sandwich and then insisted I ordered it. I don’t eat beef. I politely asked if I could please have the fish sandwich instead. They brought me out a fish sandwich I started eating it and there where plastic chunks in my sandwich and also hair. Stay away

The food was delicious! I had the Mango Stir Fry and it was awesome! It was very flavorful and I topped it off with a mango bubble tea.
If you LOVE phở and have a big appetite, order their SUPER BOWL. It’s HUGE!
We would definitely return, but we would come with a bigger appetite.

Bad phở. Soup have No flavor, they only put little bits of beef. Customer service is terrible. They try to sell you special deal that comes with one bowl of phở, one bad oily egg roll or one dried nasty spring roll, and a can of soda for 7.80ish but they charge 9.80 after the tax.
Bean sprout’s color is blue that means it is old and nasty.

Not bad — broth was good, not great. Decent amount of meat. The ban mi was good, with crusty yet soft center bread. Food is very affordable — medium phở and ban mi for about $ 11.00. Can’t get a better lunch than that! I’ll be back and hope to improve my review :)
