My Husband and I wanted to go to get a bite to eat on a Sunday(visiting from Spokane). Thankfully they were open until 9! It was very clean, modern & simple. I read the reviews and figured why not! Our waitress was very tentative & the hostess was very kind & personable with us. If you’re craving Mongolian and want a place you feel confident in going, just plug the address into your maps & get going! An additional plus is that it’s connected to a mall with direct access to the movie theater, which we did catch a movie after our dinner!

One of the worst experiences in a restaurant. We went in and we stood there while the girl who was I guess the waitress was talking to the front girl who was the cashier for about 5 minutes while we stood there talking about her night out before she glanced over and said how many? We’re the only two standing there and then she sat at the table and walked away and went back to talk and her friend. We then went up to the bar to get our food and half the food was empty and lunch had just started not too long before we got there and as we go down the line to get food there’s food all over the counter liquid all over the counter we got down to where the dressings were and the oils that you add to your food and it was a complete mess so when I ask the girl if she had at all that I could wipe it was she said somebody will get to it in a minute which never happened it stay that way the whole time we were there and it was food all over the floor. Do we put her food on the counter to get cooked and when it was done it was heavily overcooked and sloppy all over the place we sat down and ate and the food did not taste very good! The whole time that we were there our waitress was talking to her friend while multiple tables around us were filled with empty plates and probably seven other tables with people eating and there was no wait staff waiting on anybody. When we were done we sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for somebody 2 check us out and I asked the cook if there was anybody working at the front and he said somebody would be there in a second so we went back up there and waited and the girl brought us our ticket and it said somebody else would have to check this out so we waited again for another five minutes or longer with a line behind us waiting to pay. When one of the cooks yell to the back the girl came running up front to check this out and had a grumpy look on her face and took my ticket ring us up and slam the pin down with the receipt and didn’t say anything. We paid way too much for bad food and the service sucked I will never go there again and I recommend you don’t waste your money! I’ve been in the restaurant business for about 15 years and this was one of the worst restaurants I’ve eaten in. I’ve had the runs for 5 hrs now and its not good. Stay away from this craphole!

This is a very depressing 1 star review. My boyfriend and I typically call this out go to place for good olé magnolia grill. Sadly our last visit was horrible. The food selection is ok for lunch but preferred dinner for more of a meat selection. Typically we have mediocre service which is fine because the food it good. This last time we dined with them was the last straw. We arrived at 2pm nothing earlier or later. Now they have lunch that starts at 2pm with the price difference of $ 2. Am I mad about the price difference? no. What really upset me was the fact that they do not update the food selection until 2:30pm meaning of you are in the window from 2 – 2:30. They also will not provide you the meat selection on the dinner menu even by request. The service is different every time. Many say that you get soup before and ice cream after but that depends I your server and the day of the week. I was very upset with this last visit so I’ll be on the hunt for a new place.

Horrible service. Charged us for dinner service before 2:30 which should still be lunch price. Did not offer us rice when they offered it to other customers and was complementary. Food is OK but service is appallingly. Don’t waste your money.

So Good! I love this place! Really tasty, all you can eat and the chefs are so cool! The vegetables are always fresh and they have a wide assortment of meat. Fun, clean, environment. We like to go here on a girl’s night for dinner :)

Clean and delicious. The atmosphere is great and very well thought out. The place is a little pricey for noodles but it seems you get out the experience of eating and not necessarily the food since you make your own.

One of the cleanest and most modern of mongolion grills in the area. Service is always fast and friendly, however pricing is very high compared to other grills in the area. Easy location in the commons mall and always nice to eat before a movie.

I saw this place while traveling home from work. It sounded good so I went in. When you walk in it is a really nice looking modern building. It wasn’t as smokey as I thought being a Mongolian grill and all, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing. It was just me for the day so I ended up paying for lunch times which was $ 13.99. I sat down ordered a coke and some rice and rice wrappers. I went to get my food and looked for the best bowl as you always do. Looking at the food there wasn’t a boat load of food, but the meets were thinly sliced for ease of cooking. Nice assortments of vegies and noodles, I was really bummed out that they didn’t have any egg to add to the dish. My favorite part of Mongolian is the spices and sauces you can add, this however was lacking in sauce and had no spices to add. They had the basics like soy, oyster, ginger, chili, salt water, garlic water, but nothing like out of the sort. I was disappointed in the lack of sauces and no spices to add, I really wish they had more to choose from. Another thing that was disappointing was their tofu, I like tofu but don’t eat it raw or everyday, but I still like good tofu. Their tofu was really really soft and not to my expectation. I was a little disappointed at how soft it was and makes me think that isn’t the freshest of tofu(yes there are soft and firm tofu I know). Getting to the cooks there were two guys working there. One was a nice young man who was friendly pointed out my shirt and made a bit of a conversation with me. He was bored and making small talk but he was friendly and made it better while waiting for my food. I had both of them cook my food, the older gent was rather sweaty and tired, you could see he was physically exhausted and needed a break. When I gave the older gent my bowl to cook he said nothing, not a single word. When he saw what was in my bowl(chicken and noodles only) he looked at me with a wtf look, I smiled despite my annoyance. I was leaning on the counter like normal just resting he told me to move down to the end in not such a friendly manor. I don’t know if he was just having a bad day or he just didn’t like me but he wasn’t the friendliest of people. So that was the primary portion of my review for the food, it was great tasting and really fresh but you pick what you want so if it sucks it’s your own fault. Now I will talk about the service, walking in I was greeted right after the hostess got off the phone, nice manor very friendly and a smile. My waitress came shortly after and asked what I would like to drink and if I wanted to have some white rice and rice wrappers. Sure they come with the meal so why not. While getting my bowl of food cooked she dropped off the bowl of white rice and rice wrappers. I opened up the bowl to find about ¼ cup of white rice, I know I am just one kid but someone who is bulky and looks to eat a lot that is not a lot of rice. Oh well whatever, I tried the rice wrapper and it was alright, it was on the dry side more than normal but still able to eat it. I only managed to get two bowls of food, when I was about to go back for my third bowl, the waitress came back asking if I wanted to get another bowl because if I did she would have to charge me for dinner price. I was a little mad about this, I came in at lunch time so I expected lunch time price once, not be charged for lunch and dinner! I may have heard her wrong and she would only charge me $ 3 more, but the way she sounded it sounded like she was charging me for lunch and then on top of that charging me for dinner pricing. Little mad that they would make a change and if I wanted more food I would get charged more. Sorry but someone comes in for this price they should have that price, not change it right when they are eating and expect them to pay the difference. All in all the only things that sucked were the lack of sauces and no spices, the older gent cook who wasn’t so friendly, my waitress following what she was told but still trying to pull a fast one on me, and the hostess was actually there more often than my own waitress. Cleared a plates and got me a new drinks and my waitress just really brought me ¼ cup of rice and my first drink and told me if I wanted more food I would be charged more. Do I plan to come back here? not right now, I’ll search for a better grill with more sauce and spice choices. Would I recommend to a friend? Yes, and no. If they have never been to a grill before, sure this is a basic grill. If I find somewhere else with more choice then no I would not recommend this to a friend. Did I enjoy my experience? Not really, I didn’t feel all that welcome aside from the hostess and the nice young cook. Was it worth the time? Yes, it was still great to eat some Mongolian again, have not had it in 5 years and it was good to come back. It was slightly disappointing not having such a big selection, but still nice clean building in not a bad location and fresh food.

Fun place to go. I like being able to pick my own combinations and sauce mixture. It’s one of my favorite places to go, even though I don’t come here very often. This morning, my waitress asked what I wanted to drink, and if I wanted rice and wrappers. She also brought my check at some point. Other than that, she left me alone. Not complaining, that’s why I like places like this. A bit expensive, but worth it since I can make more than one trip to the food bar.

Fun dining experience. Stick to the chef sauce for guaranteed tasty meal. Chef, the older Chinese gentleman has been there forever — let him cook your meal he’ll do a great job. Be a standout and please don’t be like the other losers around you — TIP $$ the guys around the grill! Brought a little girl 3 yrs old, and she probably ate a noodle or two(really) — asked the folks at the front if she’ll be charged and YES they still charged her $ 4.99. Lame move. Had a party of 7 people, plus child — they will charge you 18% tip automatically another Lame move. Waitress came to the table 1 – 2 time on he own record to check if we’re ok. Can be better. Food is OK. Dining experience can be improved.

Yummy yummy! I love a good Mongolian grill! You get to make it how you want so how could it go wrong! Amazing great selection of fresh veggies and meats! So many items to pick from, my bowl kept getting bigger and bigger! A staff member kept going around and adding more and making sure everything was still fresh. The chefs were organized and quick with cooking your meal. Fun to watch them work. The wait staff was great. Didn’t even look at me weird for nursing in public(can never be sure how staff will react). And always on top of refills! Prices were great! Would totally come back!

Love mongolian grill places, and sadly the nearest Huhot is in Spokane :(I love the different options of noodles, veggies, and meat. The selection of sauces is sadly lacking, but maybe that is because I am a Huhot spoiled brat: D Giving it 3 stars because the grill always seem to be a mess. I always end up with someones tofu or peas in my plate. The cleanliness isn’t up to par compared to the other locations.

The service is a little slow the food Buffett isn’t marked so unless you know food you may not know what your grabbing. I would say the grill is not filthy I think a lot of people don’t know what they are talking about I mean if they ever saw what’s happening under anyone’s grill they would be grossed out lol. I would defiantly check the expiration dates on the sauces on the tables. But you can go back as many times as you want for food and it’s not too expensive overall I’d go back.

I came here with three of my best friends for lunch. A Mongolian grill is a great option when your group has different dietary needs. Everyone can pick out what they want to eat and control the heat. We were warmly greeted and seated right away for lunch on a Saturday. They were busy but taking care of customers quickly. My BFF had never had Mongolian grill and she has a long list of food issues, so I took her through the line and explained everything. She loved it. They have a good assortment of vegetables, protein and noodles to choose from and the chefs are great to watch. Don’t forget to tip your chef. This grill is clean. it was a little loud since they were busy but the way they have built the restaurant breaks down the noise so it’s not overbearing and you can hear each other at the table. I noticed that the dinner prices are a bit steep for picking out your own food and serving yourself but for lunch, I’ll be back. Food: 4 Service: 4 Parking: 3 Ambiance: 2

My boyfriend wanted to eat here for his birthday dinner. I know they have a vegan option, as it’s basically, «put whatever the hell you want in bowls and we’ll cook it.» The place now has spinach noodles, which is cool. I got 2 bowls — 1 full of noodles, and the rest full of vegetables and a little bit of tofu. I handed my bowls over to an older chef and he proceeded to cook it with a seperate spatula! He used another for the meat orders. This really pleased me, as not many people know or care about cross contamination. Who knows what would happen to my stomach if I ingested meat juices, yuck. 4 stars for the awesomeness. I just wish they would press their tofu so it isn’t squishy as hell.

Love Jasmine! All my creative cooking ideas at its best. If only they allowed me to cook it myself. This place is packed but the line always seems to run smoothly. The 2 chefs do a great job of getting through the orders.

This is one of those places a half star would be nice. I rate it 3.5 to be exact. Dh and I have been coming here since the early 00’s. At $ 14.99, you get soup(hot & sour or egg drop), rice and flour wraps, alyce Mongolian grill buffet, and ice cream for dessert(vanilla or sorbet). With meat choices like beef, lamb, chicken, or pork. And seafood options being shrimp, scallops, salmon, and cod there are a lot of ways your food can taste. 3 Noodle options: regular, green, and wheat. Huge assortment of veggies. Lots of sauce combinations. Each dish always tastes so different. It’s usually packed and busy here, so you have to wait a bit or remind the staff that you’re still there.
