This was a great experience for me. Got my nose pierced, fast, efficient, clean and very friendly. The location worked well and the experience was pleasant. I have a whole new appreciation for a piercing/​tattoo shop in the Mall.

Went in for a septum piercing, the woman that did it for me did a wonderful job, was professional and made small talk. The tattoo artist was nice as well, both easy going and pleasant enough people. My piercing came out perfectly, I love it. And I was only there for about 10 minutes. Completely satisfied!

The tattoo that i wanted was a key in the shape of a heart with a cross in the middle of the key and a three strand cord for a key chain. and I didn’t know how that would look or how to put that together. Nick Suko was my artist. He listened to my ideas and drew up a couple of revisions and I settled on what I wanted. I went with black and grey. I could not be happier with what Nick did. Everything is dead on symmetrical and balanced. And the lines are squeaky clean! Having been tattooed a number of times –I have to say this is the best tattoo I have. The price was fair and for the work I received — it was money well spent. If you want a top shelf tattoo and something you can be proud of — Crimson Heart Studio is where you need to go!!!

I would never come here for a tattoo! I walked in and I was ignored which is rude and disrespectful. One of the artists was talking bad about a previous customer that had walked in. Then when I asked how much it would be for a small simple cross tattoo he said $ 100! Then he told me I couldn’t get cheaper any where else when I asked. He was so rude and sarcastic and gave off a bad vibe. Seriously don’t waste your time.

Very unprofessional!!! l I paid my twenty dollar deposit and the tattoo artist Will said he would make sure a super ugly tattoo would be covered up with a wonderful tattoo. It took him for ever to draw up my idea then when i came to see it, it looked like he just threw down this stupid ugly, nothing what i wanted tattoo. When i told him it was ugly and not what i wanted he got upset I never heard from him after that. I was totally bummed!!!

I needed some new ear sparkles and walked in to this brightly colored, conveniently located shop without an appointment. I had already decided on a conch piercing, I told the gentlemen at the desk. He said the piercer wasn’t in yet and gave her a call, he said she would be in about 30 – 45 minutes from then. I was there to see a movie later and had no problem spending some time in a few other shops prior to my piercing. The person behind the desk made it seem like the piercer was running late but when she did arrive she told me she usually doesn’t come in until 1:00 (I had walked in the shop around 12:00 so I guess she actually showed up early for me which was nice). After she was all set up it was pretty wham-​bam-​thank you ma’am. Since this isn’t my first piercing that worked pretty well for me. If it IS your first time I am sure she would walk you through all of the before and after care steps, and explain what size jewelry was being used and why. The person at the front desk also mentioned they had an after care sheet (although they were out and one needed to be printed) they also sell an after-​care spray product which you may be familiar with; H20 I believe it is called. Over all nothing spectacular, nothing bad. I have no experience with their tattooing procedures or artists, if that’s what you are looking for check out their Facebook page and they have their books available to view just inside the shop. I will probably be back for some more ear piercings because it was pretty quick and painless. (I paid $ 60 for the conch piercing including the jewelry, I believe that is the same for all cartilage piercings)
