I wish more places still had service this great. Friendly, professional, reasonably priced. Replaced my cracked screen in about an hour.

I don’t know if this is the cheapest or priciest iPad repair place but his customer service is awesome and that is a deal breaker for me anytime. I’ve taken my iPads to him twice. The 2^nd time was bcuz my iPad froze and he said it was a quick fix so he wouldn’t charge me for it. He is awesome.

Very nice and professional guy. The storefront is a little odd in that you have to go in the back of a small office building, through a door, down a hall, and then you come to his shop but he has a sign marking the way. The cost felt horrific but I think that perhaps that is just the nature of cell phone repair. (I paid $ 200 to have the screen on my Samsung s5 replaced) I dropped it off and it was good as new within the day.

Owner is nice and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and he gets the job done. Clean professional environment.

My mother had acquired an iPhone 5 from a friend and wanted to switch to go it from her 4s. To my dismay, as I was setting up her new phone, the speaker was not working. You could hear your phone calls on the handheld set, but it would not ring nor could you put a phone call on speaker and hear it.
I did everything I possibly could to try and fix this. I YouTubed solutions… I tried them all from using a blow dryer to cleaning the bottom of the phone. Nothing worked. I was ready to just buy my mom a new iPhone… But then I happened to use Unilocal to see if there were any places that fixed phones. The iPhone worked perfectly fine, just the speaker/​sound was not working. Anyway, I called this place and he did ask me if the button was on sound and not vibrate just to make sure. I told him it was not on vibrate only.
The place isn’t hard to find because there are sufficient signs directing you where to go. For anyone familiar with Federal Way, it’s right by the Dollar Tree on Pacific Highway. If you google map the address, it takes you right there. Just look for the signs.
I brought the phone in after work on Monday. He told me it’d be about an hour… So I went and did some shopping and came back. The phone was fixed! Considering that I was prepared to just buy my mother a new phone and paying like $ 55 for the replacement of the speaker thing… I was stoked.
Really glad I found this place and I recommend you come here if you have a broken phone and try to get it fixed rather than buying a new one… Bonus is if you check in via Unilocal,you get $ 5 off!

Brian Strom replaced the screen on my ipad mini quickly and professionally, and also installed a screen protector in minutes. His price was $ 50 less than a competitor. Very happy with my ipad.

The first time we came they were out of screens which was a bummer since we came from Seattle. I tried again yesterday, this time calling first to make sure screens were in stock for my iPhone 5S. My repair did take longer than the time quoted, which is understandable since my phone rejected the first screen and they had other repair traffic before I arrived. Still giving a solid 5 star review for a few reasons. First, they were kind enough to come out to the parking lot and get/​give my phone, to accommodate sleeping/​disabled kids. Second, they stayed in communication with me during the repair/​change in pickup time. Third, they accommodated my bank cards which were not working, allowing me to give partial payment in cash and pay the remaining balance the next day. And fourth, they did a beautiful job, even installing an additional layer of glass to protect the new glass. They were courteous, reasonable, and the value I got is really impeccable. My phone looks great. Thanks again, iFix!

Brought my iPhone 5s in with a shattered screen, they fixed it in 30 minutes. They are nice and friendly and not overpriced! Highly recommend them.

Husband brought his note 3 in because he dropped it at work and shattered the corner of the screen. Ifix was very patient with him while he shopped around for a deal, but he finally decided to bring the phone here because of the good reviews. I picked up the phone and it looked amazing. He did a great job, worth the price. And I loved the graveyard of cracked screens on display as his trophies. Thank you!

Go here! A co-​worker in IT had used for his own personal phone and recommended. Called, went in, picked up phone an hour later. Whole transaction in 3 hrs. Friendly efficient service by knowledgeable owner. Cured my iPhone 4S of gray bars hiding display screen after I dropped it. $ 20 to change battery also. (After 2.5 years, it was time.) Will definitely return, even though Fed Way location isn’t the most convenient for me personally.

Just had the best experience here. My Nexus 4 recently stopped booting, and these folks diagnosed the problem and replaced only the necessary part. My phone got new life for 60 bucks and minimal trouble. Great communication and keeping me in the loop throughout the process.
This place is great for way more than just screen replacements. I’ll turn here first for any future gadget problems. Heartily recommended.

VERY happy with this place! I dropped my iPhone in water and the owner fixed my phone right up and now my phone works like new. It saved me from spending hundreds on a new phone.
