This place is the best place in the area. So relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff, etc. Please try if you cannot find good place to hung out.

I never had to write a bad review but I had to today. Stay away! Came in with a group of ten friends and the owner thinks my girlfriend’s ID is fake after we already paid then takes me outside to tell me how I can’t go in and refused to refund my money. I threatened to call police to get my money back, that’s when his wife steps in and returns our money to avoid further escalation. Worst customer service you could imagine. Bucks County close them down!

Probably one of the best young adult hookah lounges in Northeast Philadelphia. It’s only $ 10 per person and it’s unlimited hookah. There are beverages there and it’s byob. The have finger food there, too. It has a hipster, metal, rock, young feel to it. Music is usually blaring loud so sometimes it can be difficult to talk. The customer service is okay.

This is my favorite hookah spot. The prices are great and the selection is amazing. Don’t forget to ask for the ice tip.

I don’t understand the reviews below that complained about the customer service. Maybe we go on different nights, but I have never had anything but perfect experience with this staff. The husband and wife that own this place are extremely caring and polite, and really do go out of their way to make sure that everyone has a good time. I’ve been here about 6 times. One of those times we called to see if they had any space left(about 9 p.m. on a Saturday) and she held a table for us even though they typically do not take reservations. We ordered a lot of food(chicken, fries, and a hummus platter), and the cook came out to let us know that he didn’t have any pita left for our hummus, but that he was going to «come up with something.» He ended up making us some sort of Panini type bread that he added oils and different spices to– it was probably the best thing I had ever tasted, and we all recommended that he change the menu and make that every time. He was very humble and happy that we liked what he made. The gentleman testing the coals offered us some new mixes that he said he had came up with that morning, and they were fantastic! It was never«do you need anything else,» it was always«what can I get you next?» My advice is to disregard the comments that didn’t like the customer service. These are great people who want to make sure everyone is having a great time.

incredibly impersonal and disrespectful staff. felt almost as if they were doing us a favor just by letting us in. un-accommodating and unreasonable. completely outweighs anything positive one could say about the hookah and tea lounge itself.

Apathetic and rude management. You can get hookah anywhere in Philly, that’s why the differentiation of making your management good is important. But these guys don’t give a damn about their customers. You don’t treat a long-term, polite, well-tipping customer like crap. I’m fed up and never returning. I advise you find a hookah bar that is more welcoming and less cliquey.

Such an awesome place — and great atmosphere. Been going here since they opened 2 years ago. Staff is friendly — Jim and Nadine(owners) are so down to earth and genuine people. Everything about this place is great, except the heavy metal music — but then again they cater to all different types of people which makes this place a gem. Great place for groups or just a simple date. They have tons of flavors of hookah and having to only pay $ 10 you might as well try them all.

I was excited to find a hookah lounge, and couldn’t wait to get here. Once we got to Sol Luna, however, my mindset was instantly changed. The staff didn’t really want to answer any of my questions, in fact they were downright rude a couple of times, but yet when my hubby asked talked to them, they were nice. One of the previous posters mentioned the age group, oh my goodness, I am only in my mid-thirties, and I felt like I was ancient compared to these«kids»! A couple of the girls were dressed pretty hooker-ish, one had a skirt so short, I saw things I didn’t need to see, if you catch my drift. And I love karaōke, but it seemed to be pretty monopolized by the«regulars» who only did one kind of music, and I doubt they would have been receptive to any changes, lol. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

Best place to smoke hookah hands down! 10 $ all you can smoke and you can change a flavor every 30 mins. This place is also BYOB. You definitely want to get there early because it gets packed.

This is a great place for a younger crowd and the service is good. Price is great for 10 a person all you can smoke! Im 35 and my husband is 33 and we were the old farts in the room. I won’t be going back simply because of the age of the crowd.

P. S couple of things that I have tried since last review that I now love… food = chicken panini = absolute crack… Bread itself is delicious, freshly grilled chicken, mozzarella cheese and sweet peppers with mild or spicier(not spicy at all) sauce is absolutely delectable… try it with their fries(which are grilled) and are pretty damn delicious in their own right… i am waiting on them to finally introduce some deserts(which are sorely needed). P.S 2 –KAVA — If you dont know what that is, you should do some research… the owner recommended trying their Kava mix with chocolate milk and I havent looked back… it definitely relaxes you and goes about as well as anything I have tried before with hookah. The spot keeps getting better and better and outside of it being too loud for me at times(karaōke wednesdays for example) and even that might mean that I’m getting older and not an issue with the place, otherwise it’s just flawless… service is impeccable.

For being in Feasterville, especially for being in the out of place, run down shopping center it’s in, this place is great! Sure, it’s kind of small, but it makes up for it in the interesting art on the walls and laid back vibes. They have a wide selection of flavors in tobacco as well as teas, and while I’ve never had food there they do serve it if you ask. If you’re bored and want somewhere to hang out, this is definitely the place to be. I’ve not had a bad experience yet.

Sol Luna is my new go-to hookah lounge in the area. The place caters to both casual smokers and more dedicated hookah afficianados. $ 10 grants you unlimited smoking of very high quality tobaccos(Social Smoke and Starbuzz). All hookahs come with ice tips free of charge, which cools the smoke for a smoother experience. It’s a nice touch. The hookahs they have are well-maintained and smoke rather well. Other perks include a kitchen with cheap eats, wifi, smoothies, teas, board games, and no corkage BYO. The owners have gone the inauthentic route and have replaced Middle Eastern frills with an alternative atmosphere including street art, multiple TVs, and ample, comfortable seating. My complaints occur when Sol Luna is busy: the service gets markedly slower, and the music can suck pretty badly. Also the place seems to attract a weird, «alternative» crowd, which isn’t my thing but is no fault of the staff. I thus try to avoid it during peak hours, but otherwise Sol Luna is a solid option for hookah in the area.

This place rocks! Consider going on Wednesday night for karaōke, and try Absolute Zero, my favorite flavor. Great people own this place. Two large TVs, and totally chill atmosphere. They have ‘all you can smoke’ for just $ 10, :-)
