USA Nails

I’ve been here for 20 minutes and nobody has started on my nails and plenty of people are in the break room

First time in this area and USA Nails did a good job. Customer service is awesome which is a plus; like the fact (to save time) they have someone working on your feet and nails if getting pedicure and nails done! Will return.

Just experienced THE WORST customer service. First I waited well over 20 minutes for a pedicure and when I asked for a small percentage off, I was told no b/​c everyone has to wait that long. The owner even went as far to say had the nail tech cut my toe, I would have gotten a discount. SERIOUSLY?!? Avoid this place if you can. There are plenty of nail salons (one located in the same pavilion) in the area.

I had a good experience here being that I did not have a good experience at the one in Newnan. I got my nails done here with my friend and Mrs. Lisa did a wonderful job. She was funny and kept me laughing. I told her the next time I come she has to do them again because that person who’s super funny with my nails and who does them. I can’t say anything bad about them but they are super busy and as I always say you pay for what you get. A fill in for $ 27.00 is not bad at all from what I’m used to paying for a gel fill in. Maybe next time I’m going for the sns.

I use to come all the time but after realizing they switched up prices each time I came when I was getting the same service done made me a little uneasy. The inconsistency was very sketch to me & considering I would pay more here than at my salon in Buckhead was ridiculous.
Sometimes I would come they would be very rude and not inviting. They never updated any nail colors or tried to make the customers experience worth it. After awhile they became very lax and just a last minute place to come to. We don’t have many places in Fayetteville, first coming here I was very pleased but after awhile I guess they felt as though they made their first impression and did not have to live up to those standards anymore. The only way I would come is if I just have to out of convenience or just to see one specific nail tech.

I use to be a loyal customer! The last two visits were horrible!
The second to last visit it took almost two hours to get my pedicure! No, I wasn’t waiting! I was in early and was immediately seated! The girl began the pedi and was wrapped up in talking to her coworker that she was losing focus and forgetting where she was in the pedicure process! Two hours later I was done. I was livid!
Then today I went in and of course I expected it to be busy … The day before the 4^th of July! Well they sat me in a chair and the girl next (the employee, not the customer was irritated).
They put me In a non working chair and when I asked about it she rolled her eyes and said it doesn’t work. She made the water so cold … I finally said I would go somewhere else and at that point they said oh we forgot the chair is broken… They didn’t care until I was walking out the door.
I spoke with the owner and all he could say is they don’t understand English.
NEVER AGAIN!

I used to be a faithful customer but my most recent experience 2 wks ago was the worst experience I had received anywhere. I waited over an hour with no one checking on me or offering water. 2 people who came after me they allowed to go ahead of me. When the lady started on my nails she was digging her nails in my skin as she was filing. Then when I told her she was hurting me she started doing a rush job. She started filing under my nails and made me bleed. When I told her I was bleeding she said it was because I had a lot of skin underneath my nails. I don’t have akin underneath my nails that would cause me to bleed. She said it wasn’t that much blood and I would be ok. Who gave her the right to make that decision. She showed no concern whatsoever. My nails look horrible, they look dull and the polish came off. I have an overlay on my nails, the polish should never come off. This business gets an F rating. I’m not a raving fan and will never return.

It is a great salon in Fayetteville. My husband and I love coming here to get our feet done every two weeks. The service was wonderful. We were always sastisfied and happied. the owner and their technicians are very friendly and helpful. Love this place!
