This was by far the absolute WORST nail experience I have EVER had. Not only did the lady cut allll of my nails off but the ladies were eating pizza off and on while doing my nails and feet. She’d cut the cuticles on one finger leave and a another lady would come and start smh it was just purely chaotic. I refused to pay for the my nails my toes were half way decent. I got my nails done on Saturday 03/​26/​2016 and today is 04/​01/​2016 my nails look like pure CRAP. NEVER AGAIN!

I went there to wax my eyebrows. Once in the room the lady started offering which I understands additional services, she was like too excited at the point that she dropped the full box of wax sticks to the floor. The floor was filthy, all kind of hairs and dust. She started to pick up the sticks from the floor and them put it back in the box. I was expecting for her to throw them away but no, she was pretending to use it again. So I told her to please use a clean one that the floor was filthy. At the end the wax was so hot that she burned my skin. Definitely I would not have my eye brows done again in that place. Be careful.

This used to be a great place but now it’s horrible. Service sucks, chairs uncomfortable, they sit you in cold water most of the time and wait until forever to serve you. I got fungus in my right big toe and almost lost it. The place is not very clean, the manicure tools are reused too often. They spray Mr. Clean in the foot tubs after each use, that does not sanitize anything. The place needs new management or new owners. Terrible and I do not recommend it at all.

My daughter & I go here quite often. Mary is awesome for nails and Kim is the best for pedicures. I always make sure everything is sprayed before touching me (I don’t care if they take everything straight from the sterilizer) and they have no arguments.

The worst… this place is the worst nail salon in fayeville. It’s disgusting inside and the employees have the worst attitudes. Never again… never again.

Pretty good prices, I paid 30 for full set with gel polish. Would have only been 20 without the gel. The people were nice, shop was clean. Ill definitely return.

I’m not sure if the lady that gave my manicure was new or didn’t care, but the gel manicure I received was the worst I have ever gotten. She also left me and my nails halfway through for 15 min to help another customer. Don’t think I’ll visit again.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Received a terrible mani/​pedi there today. I am relocating here from Michigan and my husband and I decided to get a little relaxation in while here tying up all of the loose ends. First off, the color selection is not very large and I was directed to choose a color from one wall not realizing the other side of the salon had many more colors. So I ended up with a color that I’m not in love with. Secondly, offer your customers a drink. You have them sitting there for two hours with their feet soaking in a bath of water mixed with salts. They will become dehydrated and their cuticles can split after butchering them. Thirdly, I’m sorry, but if there is a language barrier when providing a service then there should be someone there to help you understand what they are asking if you don’t speak their language. My husband was very confused as to what was being asked of him. Many of the employees were speaking in their native tongue very loudly, kicking off their shoes and relaxing in the pedi chairs with their phones and tablets. No break room? The girl doing my nails had a very nice demeanor, but was rude when talking. I may be a white girl, but I grew up working in my families salon and learned how to understand them and even speak some. So telling your friends that I chose an ugly color and commenting on how horrible my husbands feet were as he hasn’t gotten a pedi in over 3 years and that she should charge more is unacceptable. The girl filed my toenails on only one foot and did not even put the top coat down to my cuticle, leaving a weird line on my nails. It is not relaxing to have to reach across my body for half an hour while she paints my nails when there is a little pop out table on the other side of the massage chair. That’s just lazy. And all of them were doing it to their customers so I know it wasn’t just the one girl. She then put me under the dryers and left me there. After about 25 minutes I gave up as she still hadn’t checked on me and paid and left. And the worst part? After all of the scraping to my husbands feet in that tub and all of that water circulating through those jets for an hour… she washed it out with water. No chemicals. Gross! That can cause serious foot fungus and even cause the loss of toenails which is very painful in the next person that sits there. Beware seat #3. Never again.

I just had my thid visit to Majestic Nails & Spa, and each time, they seem to get better and better. Altough they are not an «upscale» spa, the establishment is clean and the nail techs are very friendly. The quality of their work is also commendable. Since going their, I have been receiving so many compliments on my nails, and I am not having any issues with nails breaking/​chipping, whic tells me that they are not using «cheap» products. Their prices are also vey good for the quality of work that they provider.
I also had my eyebrows waxed, and two weeks later, they still look nice. I’m really particular about my eyebrows, and rarely get them waxed due to previous disasters at other nail salons in other states/​cities, but I was really impressed.
I would definitely refer this establishment to others who are in search of a nail salon.

Love this nail salon! Related to Atlanta from Miami, and was looking for a nail shop with updated styles i was used to. Paraffin wax is great!
