Nice outside appearance and clean parking lot. Stand off staff not as friendly. Paid 109 for a 2 night stay. They have reviews for the cleanest and most improved but obviously not well enough. The first night i was itchy and i thought nothing of it perhaps it was just a different bed. Second night i woke around 4 am and saw a tiny bug that resembled bed bugs. I had trouble sleeping knowing there was a bug 5 inches away from my face. Once i woke for check out i showered and found more than 20 bites on my body. I told the front desk out of courtesy to their next guest not looking for them to compensate anything. The front desk clerk simply said«okay» and i felt awkward and left the building. Not from the area but i will never return here again. Hopefully they take care of the bed bug issue.

s/o and i stayed here after reading relatively ok reviews on . we got here about 1am, and let me tell you, driving in was sketch af. i had some lady in skimpy outfit right outside the abc store(located conveniently across from the hotel) try to wave me down so she could hitch a ride. i mean it wasn’t that weird considering i’ve lived in baltimore, but it was sort of out of left field coming to another state to visit. office was closed on arrival, security guard was kind of a douche, the sign on the door said to knock at the back, but then the guard made us go back to the front and gave us attitude, like seriously? change the sign then. the hotel was nonsmoking queen room. i’m pretty sure that bed was full size, and the springs were like, super worn out and creaked when you try to adjust yourself. also there was this muddy scent, like it used to be a smoking room, and it was soooo humid. like i felt like the carpet was damp and the bedding was damp, it was uncomfortable. but otherwise, clean room, didn’t see any bugs around like previously mentioned posts. it has a kitchen too! and silverware, guess that’s why they call it extended stay. and the fridge is really nicely sized. like 3.4 cu ft. so we bought ice cream for once, yuuum. room is kind of cramped, but size wasn’t necessary since we were only visiting for a few days. the shower was really nice, bigger than most hotels i’ve been in. they only do their housecleaning once a week apparently, and towels cost extra. which is kind of a bummer, but you get what you pay for. got catcalled by someone also renting a room on the third floor. ugh. day receptionist was really friendly and nice. would probably come back here… only under the condition of having my pepper spray on hand at all times.

The girlfriend booked this place because they had good reviews and had military discount option online. But the experience was A-ok at best and here’s a few reasons why: 1.Location: We got there around night time and the area where the hotel is located is pretty shady and not really safe for walking or staying out and about. I felt unsafe when I got there and I wanted to get into the room as fast as we could. 2. Reception is not open 24⁄7 and it was also locked after hours, and a security guard manned the counter. I thought this added to the dicey atmosphere and although it probably is a necessary caution considering the surround area I think it takes away from the hospitality of the place. 3. Non-smoking room: The one we got still smelled of smoke, I don’t think they really enforce what people do there but there was a feint odor of cigarettes in the air. 4. Room service: Apparently this place is cleaned WEEKLY, and if you want your sheets and towels replaced and cleaned it’s an extra charge. I don’t know if that’s just the nature of an ‘Extended Stay’ but I was under the impression that these rooms were cleaned daily, like other hotels. If they really do only clean these rooms out weekly, then I don’t know if they just tidy up the sheets after people leave or really wash them for the next customers. Overall the stay wasnt too bad, it was adequate, but the things above really bothered me and wished we would’ve payed a few dollars more for a safer area and a nicer hotel. It’s fine if you are just staying one night on a budget, but if you are looking to stay for a few days and see the city I suggest you find somewhere closer to historic fayetteville to stay in.

I was nervous to stay here because of the ratings on and the previous review here but it was a decent price at 62 a night and the most decent looking hotel out of the ones I was looking at. Check in was at 3 so went in about 4 and it went smoothy the guy was very nice and made small talk. My room was on the 2nd floor and you had the option to take the stairs or elevator. Got to my room and it wasn’t too too bad. I checked for bugs, looked on the bed or stains or anything like that but everything was good. I always complain to myself because you rarely find a outlet that’s decently close by the bed and of course you have to fight for the side by the outlet and this place they had it on one side but what made it good was there was numerous of plug ins you didn’t have to unplug the clock or the phone to charge your phone seems like a little thing but it made me happy.

Where do I start? I am first surprised that there are not more reviews of this place. Spent almost $ 80 to stay for 1 night. So, checked-in, dropped my bags in the room with, as did my girl friend then took off. Spent a night in the town and came back to the hotel at about 12:30 a.m. Pulling up to the hotel as it was surrounded with prostitutes/hookers… Problem 1. As I open the door to the room I noticed a bug on the wall, didn’t think much of it… Just killed it. Then moving into the room, my girlfriend goes to check her bag and finds a roach crawling in it. As we started to look around the room, we noticed more, then more, and more. I know I you see 1 roach, that means there is hundreds more!!! YEP!!! Moved the refrigerator a bit, and there they all scattered up the wall, in the carpet… Needless to say, we grabbed out bags and fled the scene. Office hours are only 7 – 11 so we couldn’t speak to anyone about the room till the next day. Please take the time to see a room before in the future… Outside appearance looked better than how it appeared.
