Best thai food in Fayetteville. Pud Bi Gra Prow ground chicken and thai basil is superb. Hand rolled spring rolls are the best in town. Tofu fried rice, and Tom Kha Gai are our other favorites.

My husband and I love Siam Express! We literally DONOT eat at any other Thai place when they close down for vacation! The food is great, fresh shrimp always deveined, and can taste the wonderful spices in every bite!!! Our favorite dishes are the pud Thai medium and the Thai house fried rice hot! We highly recommend Siam Express to everyone! We have been coming here for years now and the service is always great!

Ehh I’ve had better Thai. I got the pad Thai with Chicken and shrimp. The shrimp were the really mini ones that dry out fast when cooked 2 long. They were not de-veined either :/the pad Thai was mainly noodles. A Thai place with no mango sticky rice? Bummer. Kinda smells weird inside. Going to try other Thai places

Everything is excellent. Quality, taste and price. We come here often and are never disappointed. Food is always consistently good and cooked the same all the time.

Best pad Thai in Fayetteville. I always order the chicken pad thai medium and it always comes out great. They give you huge portions and it is enough for me to make 2 meals out of. It is a small place but I always get my food to go so I have never eaten inside the restaurant. I imagine all the rest of their menu is good and authentic as well.

Anything you order will be delicious. I’ve had pretty much everything on the menu. The pad Thai, pud bi gra, fried rice and curries are delicious. You will not be disappointed

My husband and I come here about once a month. The couple who own the place are real friendly and they know what they are doing. The place could probably use some fresh décor, but don’t let the look of the place fool you. They have the best food I ever had. Once, my husband ordered there(sit in) and the cook stopped his wife from giving us the plate cause the layout wasn’t how he preferred. It was wonderful, professional. I highly suggest them.

This place was ok. I had high expectations because I lived over seas in a few different Asian countries and this place had so many good reviews. Well first I am a pescetarian meaning I only eat fish and vegetables so I got the shrimp fired rice. The rice it’s self and the spring rolls that came with it were good but the shrimp was not de-veined. And if you don’t know what that is, shrimp have a prominent black vein that runs down its back but it isn’t a blood but shrimp poop… just saying.

Simply the best spot in town. I live in Texas and Siam is my first stop when I come back home to Fayetteville!

I went there for some spicy beef w/basil and it was excellent. The only down side is their mainstream dishes, like«pud Thai» … they actually spelled it that way even though its«pad Thai» everywhere else I have been so Im guessing its a Phonics thing … anyway that dish is definitely not the best I have had. That really doesnt matter though when their authentic dishes are really great! Cant wait to try their Kaeng Phet and Som Tum

I was kinda surprised how much I enjoyed the meal, it’s a Thai place in the South so my expectation wasn’t that high. The place is owned by a Thai family so that’s a good sign. The place is very straight forward, seems like a to go place really. The food, obviously, is tweaked for the local clientele but still respectable. The food: Fried chicken wings– honestly, it was a good wing. A basic, non greasy wing. I was happy with it. Tom yum koong– hot & sour shrimp, mushroom, lemon grass, lime juice, hot pepper. We asked for med spice and it was a good amount. The flavors were nice, there were a ton of shrimp, I would get this again. Pud see euk– wide flat rice noodles w/broccoli & a protein. I thought this was just so so. The noodles were off. I think the rice dishes were more successful. Panang gai– chicken in curry paste with coconut milk. I was surprised that I liked this more than I did. I didn’t have high hopes but the taste and spice level were respectable, the chicken had nice texture. Moo pud khing– pork with ginger, onion and mushroom. The flavors were nice, kinda on the mellow side but very solid. The texture of the pork was really tender. Pork & broccoli– seems pretty straight forward. The pork and broccoli was nice and tender. Gai bi gra prow– ground chicken with hot peppers, garlic sauce and basil. I thought this was good but on the sweet side.

I can’t express enough how much my wife and I enjoy this place. My wife always orders the number six cuz she it’s under the clear noodles spell, and that broth is so simple, clean, and tasty. I often bounce back and forth from the Chinese and thai sides of the menu but for some reason prior to today I had not tried the pud thai here. We’ll today that changed and I have to say it was superb! I got mine as spicy as they can make it and it didn’t disappoint! You can’t go wrong with chicken and shrimp in the same dish. The food is always amazing and the thai tea is as sweet as a dessert, a great compliment to the spice meal I had. Bottom line is it’s good, real good.

Excellent Thai food, for a great price. I ordered the green curry«Thai hot» and it was! Also, the Panang curry with beef had lots of meat, and a great flavor with tons of kaffir lime and chili spice. Definitely a winner if you’re looking for real Thai in the Ft. Bragg area.

Ok Thai food. I have not yet find one in this town that can wow me. I had Thai fried rice and a Thai beef salad. The fried rice had a lot of rice not a lot of anything else. The beef salad was not good at all. It did serve with cabbage, like the traditional way. Unfortunately, it’s not the best Thai food I had.

If all you’ve ever had is Thai food on the east coast, this is about on par with that. I’m from Seattle and Thai food is much different out there. Honestly, it’s much better. Here it’s just… Missing something. Not awful, but not great. About the same as every other place I’ve tried in fayetteville. But cheaper.

Don’t be afraid to try it even if you can’t pronounce it. Siam Express is a small, yet fantastic Thai restaurant with friendly staff and great reasonably priced food. Chicken pud bi graprow is the first food I’ve ever jonesed for without being pregnant and ALWAYS hits the spot. Just remember, hot is HOT!

If I could give this place six stars I would. I stumble upon Siam. in a rush to get back to work. I have tried other Thai restaurants in NC, MD and VA. none compare. Seasoned to perfection. The lunch special is part of my weekly/month budget. And did I mention large portions. My favorites: Vegetable Thai Fried rice and Pang(sp) Curry… vegetable or easy chicken(I don’t eat chicken, beef or pork; but, the chicken gives it a certain taste).

Came recommended. Small dine in area, probably seats 30 – 40 people. Menu has traditional meals, with descriptions, or you could use the ‘picture menu’. When they ask if you want spicy, they mean SPICY! Got the pad thai, lob nuer, and green curry. ALLWEREDELICIOUS and plentiful. Had alot of leftovers. Both Lob Nuer and Green Curry came with scoops of rice. I do prefer sticky rice, but haven’t found anywhere who makes traditional sticky rice. Inexpensive and satisfying.
