I made an appointment at this salon for 9am on a Saturday a month ago. My appointment was with Ally. I arrived 5 minutes early, walked in and the person in the back waved at me while on her cell phone. Another stylist walked from the back — after I sat down — and I told her I was there to see Ally. She told me that Ally should be there soon. This is after I got hwr attention.
After waiting 30 minutes I decided to leave. The second stylist was nice and offered to call Ally for me as I was leaving.
The only reason I waited for 30 minutes is because I really needed to get my hair done.
This was very unprofessional and I cannot say anything good about Shearnanigans to anyone. A complete waste of time. I would have given a negative star if possible.
