This place is great! They were so welcoming with us being out of town! Love this place!

Fantastic atmosphere! Sat at the bar and Kristy (sp?) was AMAZING. Lots of regulars and I was treated as if I was one. I was one of the family and that doesn’t happen a lot when you’re from out of town. You have to stop in! Drinks on point and the food was melt in your mouth delicious. Cozy place. I didn’t want to leave.

I stopped in this place a couple of years ago while on a business trip. The food was fantastic (upscale comfort with a southern flair) the cocktails were fantastic and the atmosphere was great (local hangout). I think of it often and will return if I’m in the area. Highly recommend stopping in.

We’ve eaten here 4 – 5 times so far and we have nothing but great things to say. Atmosphere is casual will a real nice hometown bar feel. Food is excellent. Highly recommend the fish sliders and a side of fries. We spoke with the chef and he told us «you eat the food with your eyes first.» He is absolutely right. The presentation of every dish is what you expect in a much more expensive restaurant. The steak fries are cooked just right and you can tell they’ve been cooked in clean oil. Large drink selection. Service is very fast. We will come back again and again.

Quaint and the food was exceptional. Best margarita in town. And the service was wonderful. The hostess and the bartender made us feel like one of the regulars

Food and staff are always perfect. I dine here often and have never had any issues. The buffalo chicken sandwich is a must have, I would recommend this restaurant as a definite stop by when in Fayetteville

We are sorely lacking in taverns, pubs, bars, etc. in Fayetteville so I’m grateful for this one! We’ve been several times to play trivia with friends and have dinner. The food is mostly average, though my husband loves the Tavern Burger which has pimento cheese and a pork rind on it (not my thing). We have felt that perhaps because we are not regulars or something we have on occasion received less than stellar service from some of the wait staff which has made placing drink orders, getting drink refills, ordering snack food, and getting and paying the bill difficult. Everyone can relate to how frustrating that can be.

Awesome burgers (Glynn Street and Beuregard). Ask for burgers 1 step below normal. I asked for medium and got medium-​well. Flavor was too good to send back.

This place is very standard. Just typical bar food. Maybe if you were drinking it would be good. The food was bland, and they proudly fly the rebel flag in their dining room. I will not be going back.

I’ve eaten here a few times. Never had a bad meal. The staff is friendly and personable. The food and beer is on point. What more can you say. Thank you for great service! Only wished it was open on Sunday’s. The burgers, fish and chips and the steak sandwich were awesome. Very very good!!!

Delicious fish and chips. Awesome onion rings. Cool atmosphere in a building that predates your great granddaddy.

I am so happy to have a place like this out in Fayetteville. It is such a great bar. They consistently reinvent their drinks for the season and they always have something good up their sleeve. This is a true bar. The seating at the tables has always been a little tight but I guess it fits in with the tavern feel. When its warm out you can eat on a small back patio and they often have live music every time I have stopped in to pick up food for take out.
So about the actual food. Their fries are the true thick steak fries. They are so yummy and fried to perfection. They also have sweet potato tots if that’s what you prefer. Their fish and chips are good but even more basic on the menu they have a giant hot dog and fries. Its really good. I recommend ordering a side of Mac & Cheese to round out the order. So far I have not tried anything that I don’t like. I can only say that one time I went and the Mac & Cheese tasted less fresh.
Also…I think u can def take kids between 4 – 10 here during the day but prob leave them at home once it gets a little later. I haven’t been for any of their weekday events in the evening but will share when I do.

Great bar atmosphere. Friendly helpful staff. Great craft and domestic beers. Best pour in town. Great bar food.

Friendly people work here, great dj on Saturday night with cheap drinks and a cute bartender! Will be coming back on Tuesdays for the 50 cent wings and 2.50 yeungling beers! I was able to find room at the bar without a problem.

Noisy, but I should have expected that. I love onion rings and I know onion rings. I always ask if the rings are fresh made or frozen. I can’t tolerate frozen. The onions are mushy. I asked the server if the rings were frozen. «oh, no sir, the chef makes them fresh here». I ordered them and I am sure they were frozen. If they weren’t they were the worst fresh made ones I have ever had. My complaint is that if you are not sure about an item, find out. Just tell me the truth. I felt like I was just told what I wanted to hear and not the truth.

Nice people. Good drinks. Great for catching up with friends or just winding down from the day. Food was good and as fresh as frozen fresh can be and cooked well. The drinks were spot on and the choices abound.

Great atmosphere and the food was fantastic. These people care. Support the local businesses.

The drinks were good.
The food was tasty but confusing. It was clear they made their own burger patties, but the fries were obviously from frozen.
The cake was to die for!
We would go back, but maybe with friends next time.

Good food and good service. Waitress was very friendly. The fried okra is delish! My husband and I shared a fried cheesecake for dessert and it was very good also!
However, we went on DJ night and it was just a pre-​recorded track. Could have tried a little harder with that!
I will be returning to eat. Good place to get a drink and relax!
