Residence Inn Fayetteville Cross Creek

Clean and quiet. The workout room looks brand new … probably because the smell of mold is so horribly strong that no one will even attempt to use it.

Stayed here for a week long business trip in January. Residence Inns are my favorite chain and this RI was no exception. Room was a king bed, full refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, flat screen tv, and couch– nice and spacious! Hot breakfasts in the mornings and dinners Monday through Wednesday with complimentary beer and wine. Fitness center was adequate, and there was a pool available. Cookies available in the evenings and a «general store» for convenience items if needed. Less than 15 minutes from our work site on Fort Bragg. Shares a parking lot with Sam’s Club, Wal-​Mart, Logan’s Roadhouse, and Memphis BBQ. About 20 minutes from downtown Fayetteville and the airport. Had a follow on reservation for leisure and they let me stay in the same room. Had a issue with the bill (erroenously charged more than per diem rate for 3 nights), talked to the ass’t GM and it was quickly corrected. Highly enjoyable stay, centrally located for both business and leisure, definitely stay here again if business ever brings me back to Fayetteville! Recommend and will repeat!

Check in was really fast FD agent all the information what I asked for. Because it was a XMAS evening every thing around us was closed. Good fitness center and breakfast was up to the Marriott standard. Just some small things like there was dirt in the corners and hair on the bathroom floor, not end of the world.

Its like your own little studio apartment. I would recommend this place for sure, we didn’t get the best hospitality that others are raving about but the place is very nice nonetheless.
They recently painted from what the housekeepers were telling us and its some what of a paint smell that’s lingering.

I would just like to say that this is definitely one of the greatest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I was in town visiting my boyfriend who lives on base in Fort Bragg, however we were both under 21 so it was difficult finding a hotel that would keep us. After going through 3 or 4 other hotels we stopped at this one and were told that we could stay but because of the short notice, only one room was available for one night. However they were very nice and respectful and took care of us greatly. We didn’t take advantage of the free breakfast but we were happy with everything else. The room was extremely spacious and looked like a little apartment. The sheets comfy and clean. Our stay was grand and our checkout was quick and easy. I’d definitely stay here again if it wasn’t so expensive. But you definitely get what you paid for.

Solid clean Marriott property, staff always helpful

They say they are a pet friendly hotel. Maybe they are not a human friendly hotel.
$ 100.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FOR MY PET, isn’t that the same thing as charging me $ 200 instead of $ 100?

Free breakfast, comfy beds, clean rooms, and free wifi… Everything I love about a hotel. I will definitely stay here again the next time I travel to Fayetteville.

Even so with my two starts but it seems to be is the best hotel in the area. the guy who is preparing food in the morning is rude and seem to be womanizer. the food is really poor quality and selection. also, housekeepers are not that good especially if you are a long stay customer. half of the front desk are good!

Stayed at this location some time ago but I wanted to drop a note. The facility was clean and the front desk staff was very very helpful. This isn’t the standard Residence Inn (meaning townhome design) it’s built more like a hotel/​motel. They provide (or they did when I visited) complimentary breakfast which was filling to which it was replenished often. Rooms were clean and spacious I remember it being a beautiful trip!
The location is close to Fort Bragg and next door to a Super Walmart there are 3 restaurants within walking distance to the hotel so it’s convenient. The back of the hotel is a pretty forest so real nice area.

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s only my 2^nd day in a 4 week stay and I love this place. Newly built with a friendly staff who just can’t do enough for you, this place will make you hesitant to return home. Every Monday thru Friday they have free beer, wine, and appetizers (different beer on tap and apps each night) from 5:30−7pm and breakfast Monday thru Sunday is amazing… from eggs and potatotes to make your own omelets or sausage crossaints… also the normal cereal, oatmeal, fruit, etc…
My ONLY complaint is that they don’t have an elliptical trainer in the gym… but I can use the other machines. I still give it 5 stars though because when I asked if they affiliate with any local gyms, they said they didn’t but immediately got on the phone to the Fairfield down the road to buy a few of their passes to give to me. Amazing service! If you have to visit within 30 miles of this hotel, I highly recommend staying here.
