Pizza Hut

4 stars? You have got to be kidding me. This is one of the worst pizza huts you could ever eat at. I don’t even want to go in depth about my experience but if you chose to eat here so so at your own risk.

I ordered a pizza a few months back and it was delivered after 60 mins and cold! When calling back to complain, I spoke with Raymond and he assured that I can get a $ 10 credit for the inconvenience. After a month passed, I remembered that I had a credit and decided to utilize my credit. Raymond states that I don’t have a credit on the account and he talks to too many customer to remember me. I advised that he did not properly credit my account and he has an «oh well» attitude. I’ve called to speak to his manager, which I was told was the store manager, Jenny, 3 times and have YET to speak to her. I was very appalled at how Raymond handled my situation and his customer service skills SUCKED! Avoid this place at ALL cost! I am no longer a customer. I’ve always had a better ordering experience with Marcos pizza anyway!

Great Pizza I’ve order the dinner box and with cinnamon sticks. Two topping pineapple and sausage. Great pizza very filling.

Good food. Great week day specials. But service sucks. Ordered online and my confirmation said it would be ready at 5:08. Didn’t come out until 5:20.

Ordered pizza online for carryout while I was out getting a redbox for a night in. I pulled into the lot and was really confused because it looked closed except for a few cars in the lot; pretty much didn’t look like there were any lights on and definitely no open sign to be seen. Luckily, it was open. It was dimly lit inside and I really could only see a few people working. I was a bit nervous my online order didn’t come through but luckily it was ready for pick up right at the time sent on my email confirmation, yay! I can’t say much about the dine-​in experience but did see a salad bar inside.
The pizza and cheese sticks were good, a bit more greasy than usual take out pizza but didn’t saturate the taste or flavors.
Overall, a decent pizza hut and I’ll gladly order from them again.
