Worst delivery service ever!!! Plus the food is horrible the garlic bread isn’t even crunchy or garlicky. The lasagna taste horrible too. I didn’t like the customer service too. My food arrived 2 and a half hours after they said it will only take about 45 minutes. Total waste of money. Never eating here again and I advise you not too as well. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

Took 2 hours for my delivery after I was told 45 min. I called at the 1:30 mark and they said it’s been on the road. I ordered the calamari, luke warm pre cooked rubber. I also ordered a Mexican pizza. It came cold. I’ve had better frozen pizzas. I truely don’t understand how such a poor establishment remains open, or busy to the point where an order takes 2 hours.

We had delivery to base, it did take approximately 1.5 hr.
However the food was very good.
We had calzones, lasagna, fries, chicken sub & desserts.
Nothing to complain about on the food!

This rating will be updated when my food arrives but the guy taking orders is a pompous dickhead. Rude and then just hung up me without telling me my total or giving any type of customer service. Glad he can’t delete this honest rating. BTW I wish I could give Italianos a 0 star rating

A friend and I were stuck ordering from this place because it’s the only restaurant that delivers something other than pizza in our area. The food arrived on time but the driver didn’t have change so we stood there awkwardly staring at eachother for a few minutes wondering how I was going to pay for it. The food was hot but it was disgusting-​all of it. It tasted like something a 5 year old would make from an easy bake oven. Bland with no taste. The garlic bread is just a slab of toasted bread with melted butter on it, there was absolutely nothing garlic about it. Even the lemonade was disgusting and didn’t taste like lemonade at all! How can you get lemonade wrong?! The food is bad and even the drinks are bad. I am seriously wondering how this place is still in business. It seems like the owner is just a cheap skate and doesn’t want to spend the money on ingredients for better food because I highly doubt the fact that the owner cannot make ONE decent dish. This place is terrible, will not be a repeat customer.

never again! this place adds tip and a delivery fee… that’s fine! the delivery was exactly and hour. the food was horrible, i tried putting a little salt and pepper on it… just don’t!!! i don’t do reviews but this is ridiculous.

Worst place I’ve had since we’ll ever. Very expensive for food that tastes like garbage. Wouldn’t eat here again even if it was the last place on earth. Yes harsh but maybe they should try cooking next time.

I ordered 40 wings and mozzarella sticks for delivery the other night and didn’t receive my order until 2hrs later even though I was told it was going to arrive in 45 minutes. I never received mozzarella sticks and the manager Adam hung up on me when I tried to talk to him about the situation. This has happened to other people I know as well. Avoid this place if possible.

First impression is a lasting impression.
Delivery was extremely poor in terms of quality of service and delivery time, even a reasonable (somewhat tolerable) person would complain — almost 2 hrs; albeit they where experiencing ‘computer’ problems, a simple call back would’ve sufficed.
I ordered the Steak & Cheese Sub… which had a hair in the meat; ordered the Cheeseburger Sub… where the meat tasted old (similar to being stale); and the fries were all soggy.
Just disappointing. I don’t expect five stars, but I do expect above average (hairless) food.

Ordered through Grubhub. Food arrived hot and before estimated arrival. However, the fish and shrimp were not fresh (frozen). The gyro was small when compared to other restaurants. The salads were fresh and crisp. Don’t believe I will be a repeat customer.

First time I ordered, food was timely and tasted good… Second time, the person answered the phone saying hello, I thought I called someone’s house… Every business on earth knows you answer saying the name of the establishment, come on! Next, it took 45 minutes after I ordered to get a call to re verify my card number, they wrote it down wrong, which is fine… But don’t wait 40 mins to charge it, try it while I’m on the phone or at worse, immediately after! It’s now 1hr40 mins and counting waiting on this delivery… U cannot be serious! This better get delivered with a box of complimentary chocolates and an apology for torturing my stomach… 1hr50 and waiting, now that I’m done typing this.

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the strawberry cheesecake the other night for delivery. I’ve never in my life seen diced tomatoes placed on a sandwich before. The soggy chicken «cutlet» looked like it was meant to be chicken nuggets that was just thrown on a kaiser bun. I had also requested for extra honey mustard twice and didn’t receive it when it was delivered. the cheesecake looked like it had just bee sitting out fresh from the freezer and i was given a side of strawberry syrup. The food must of been sitting long and no thought was really put into these meals that are supposed to prepared for people to eat. The only reason why I chose to order from this place was cause a friend recommended it to me for the night. I would not revisit or recommend this restaurant to any one. I’ve ordered better prepared meals from McDonald’s. and that’s saying something!

Food was great! I got the chicken sandwich and my husband got the cheeseburger. Food was delivered quickly and the person I spoke with on the phone was so nice. Definitely going back here.

I just ordered take out and it was great. Had the cheese calzone, calamari and meatball sub. Ready in 20 minutes as promised, the food was hot and fresh, really good. Everything was delicious! The employees are very nice and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Next time I visit I’m checking out the dessert menu :)

The food is not to bad but not the best they must use prepackaged tomato paste cause it didn’t taste fresh but they did have great mozzarella Stix

Me and my husband had the NY style pepperoni pizza and the strawberry cheese cake they both were so good. They delivered it fast and it was still hot. The price was good too. We will definitely order from them agin.
There on grub hub witch is nice too.
