So far good. I went off Unilocal ratings to choose a place to stay while looking for homes in this area. They are super friendly and very accommodating as one rather stated. All Pets stay free! Had no idea. Thought only Service Animals were free! Has a nice little pool area. Small gym. Rooms are very clean!!! I would definitely recommend staying here. Really close to all shopping and entertainment! Also the rates are really good. Cheaper than Motel6!!! I was expecting a dump. But heck no!!! I think I will be sticking with Red Roof Inn from now on. These guys have changed my mind on how I think about hotels! Thanks! Keep up the good work!!!

This is a family run hotel with the owners on premises 24⁄7. The staff was very helpful and friendly, our room was spotless and there was plenty of hot water and clean towels. You couldn’t do better for the price and location! ~ ttm

On our way there down the I95 corridor, the normal exit for the hotel was closed and we had to go down two more exits and if the I hadn’t had my trusty Garmin I would never have found the place. We arrived about 6 pm Thanksgiving Day. A friendly clerk was still on duty to greet us and check us in. The room was spacious and clean as was the bathroom. The room was complete with a chair and small fridge with microwave perched on top. The king size bed was a tad softer than I like but comfortable as were the four pillows. The bedding was in good condition and thankfully not scratchy on the skin. A 42 inch Samsung TV provided entertainment. There were no restaurants open obviously and my wife was only able to find some Campbell’s soup at a Kangaroo Gas Station which she prepared using the in-room microwave. Eventually we fell asleep and awoke comfortably rested. In the entry foyer next morning there was coffee available along with what passes for Southern bagels with cream cheese. Also note the facility is pet friendly. Recovered, we resumed out trek to FL; and it was quite easy to get on 95 from our location. It’s clear this is a family owned and run operation and that they take some pride in their property. Overall a very nice place to stay

The first room were were put in had a large folding table in the closet, it was extremely hot and muggy in the room, and didn’t get any cooler after 2 hours(AC set on 60 that whole time). The very friendly front desk person moved our room to a smaller room to see if the AC worked better. It did not. The AC was set at 60 degrees for 2 hours and it remained very uncomfortable, despite the AC being on it’s lowest setting. Additionally, upon pulling the sheets down from the bed, there was a child’s DIRTY sock under the top sheet, which obviously meant that the sheets were not changed and just pulled up. We ended up walking out at 1 in the morning and going to Holiday Inn Express a few miles away. When we went back in the morning to obtain a refund(the desk attendant at night didn’t have authority to refund), we spoke to SK(sp?) and he flat out refused a refund and told my husband that we lied about the dirty sock. We will be disputing the charges. I would not recommend this to my worst enemy. I feel sorry for the very nice people that work there that have to deal with the management, which is obviously inept.

Great place to stay. Very affordable. Clean spacious room. Other hotels in the area were over $ 100 a night while Fayetteville Inn & Suites was only $ 80 + tax.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. Most in the area are either not pet friendly or have a size/weight restriction. This place does not and was very accommodating to my 70lb boxer/lab mix. The owners of this hotel are on site every day and are try to meet almost any need. I would recommend staying here if you are relocating and house hunting as its about as centrally located in Fayetteville as you can get for cost and being pet friendly.

Relatively inexpensive accomodations very close to Cape Fear Valley Hospital. The rooms were moderately well maintained and functional. There was a fridge, microwave, table and chairs, hair dryer, iron and lots of soap and shampoos. Wifi on the 4th floor worked well. Free breakfast was minimal, cereal and bagels essentially, but for the price, I wouldn’t complain. The guy at the desk is a real card. He had me cracking up the whole time. He also informed me in the future to call them direct to book, they will beat any price listed on the internet. Good to know.
