This by far is the worst experience I have ever had. I work 3 different states and stay in hotel rooms 15 – 20 times a month. This is the first time I have ever checked into a hotel room at 3:00 p.m.only to be told that no rooms were clean. At 4:00 p.m. still no rooms clean. I finally got in my room at 4:27. I asked to speak with a manager 3 different times. Finally one showed up and had nothing important to say. I will never stay here again. Nor do I recommend anyone to stay here.

I really liked this place. Clean, large rooms, extremely friendly staff, it is a great place to stay while visiting the area :)

More motel than hotel overall. I wish I could rate it higher because the customer service was very good. The hotel seems to be in a turnover stage. The main lobby is simple and clean. I had no trouble checking in. Since I had driven there, I was directed to a back entrance closer to my room where we could park as well. That was nice and very convenient throughout my two night stay. However, those back entrances led to hallways that were messy and unappealing. One night, the door was left open which didn’t exactly make me feel safe. The room was… umm habitable. I was well aware that I was paying very little for a room I had booked five days before in a pinch when my Thanksgiving plans changed last minute. I got just about what I paid for, not more not less, and that was ok but not great. The bed was soft and neat. The shower was hot and soothing. I liked how the window shades kept the room dark enough so I could sleep in. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet was filling and cheap. I paid $ 6 to add it to my room rate and dug in. $ 6 for all you can eat breakfast buffet? Yes, please! The free Wi-Fi was great too and they had every channel on TV to keep me entertained. The room was mostly clean but not exactly immaculate. The counter near the coffee pot was sticky and clearly had not been wiped down. The tub, while clean, could’ve used a once over and needs new hardware stat. It was weird seeing gunk inside the transparent knobs. There also wasn’t adequate lighting in the room. It desperately needed lamps. That was weird. Overall, it wouldn’t be my first choice if I’m back in town, but I wouldn’t totally write it off if I really needed a room and the price remained cheap.

This is a former Holiday Inn that is now co-branded as Ramada Inn and Baymont Inn. Checked in 8÷18÷15. Computers down. Left, returned in 1 hour. Computers still down, had to manually register and be escorted to room by maintenance staff as key cards could not be made. The front lobby is modern looking. The actual hotel is very dated looking and in poor condition. Room on first floor had damp carpet and mold behind pealing wallpaper. Highly recommend you not stay at this location or maybe look for room on a higher floor. On a positive note — the front desk clerk was friendly at check in.
