Mediocre food and mediocre service. The beer was ok. I had the wings and they were on the dry side and the sauce had a bland flavor.

I LOVED THIS PLACE. best turkey cranberry flatbread ever… the service wasn’t always the best but the atmosphere and bar were great. sadly today, I found out it shut down 11May15…

The food was good and the atmosphere was nice I just had a bad waitress. She was rude and called me difficult when I asked her not to fill up my drink and really made my experience unforgettable in the worst way possible.

Took well over an hour to get our average tasting food. Several members of our party also got their food and it wasn’t like they ordered it. Seemed like the waitress tried to get it right but the kitchen must have really messed it up.

The ribs was over cooked, totally too much salt used during preparation of meal, the streak cooked prefectly as requested. However, it must have been the lowest grade beef available for sale, The atmosphere and staff was great.

Went here because it was close to the hotel and also my boyfriend heard it was pretty good. I don’t know if it was like kick back jacks and just casual but the food personally I think was a lot better then kick back jacks. I only been to the one here in Wilmington so I can’t based off the kick back jacks there. The servers told us that everything was made fresh and you can tell the food was great but what got to me was the service it sucked! They had servers in the front desk dancing and gossiping about random things. Our server was great at the beginning but once we got our food she never came back to check on us but surely gave us our bill. I had chicken fajita flatbread and to me it was missing something. I wanted to ask for hot sauce but couldn’t ask with no one around so instead I used ketchup. I know that might be weird but it also gave it some flavor. My boyfriend got ribs and steak that he really liked. He especially liked the baked beans but didn’t like them cold so eat them hot when you get them. Overall food wasn’t bad but service needs to be worked on.

I really enjoyed the server. Very friendly person that was extremely attentive. The food was just a little overcooked today. But I’ve been there before and the food is usually pretty good. Because of the amount of time I had, I didn’t want the plate d Po me over. However the restaurant made the offer to do that. The manager was also very attentive and constantly walked by to check on me. The food could be corrected. The service was superior and made all the difference.

This place seems nice enough. The entrees were reasonably priced, or I thought so at least. Also our food was prepared quickly and came out in about 15 minutes. The pros kind of stop there though. My steak was medium well (I asked for a medium rare) and my friend’s meal was almost obviously a frozen meal that had been warmed up. It looked very bland and was disappointing compared to the description.
Our server was friendly and refilled our beverages several times. I did ask about their whiskey selections and our waitress didn’t really know what they had. I went with something simple, which was an upset tingly small amount considering what I paid.
The service was fair but the restaurant really needs some improvement.

We’re new to this area, and liked the name of the place. It wasn’t very busy at all. Service is very good, friendly staff, good food, except my fries were cold. Other then that everything was great! Family of 4 spent less then $ 50 without any effort of setting a budget. We’ve been several times for lunch and that’s just as good.

I organized a lunch for a group of 14, on short notice (approx 24 hrs). When I called the restaurant the day before the luncheon, I was told that they do not accept reservations (not even for large parties). I called back the day of the luncheon about two hours ahead and asked for the manager who also told me that they do not accept reservations, but that they were not very busy, so they would be able to find us a table, «now that we know you are coming».
When we arrived, on a Sat at 1:00pm, the restaurant ws fairly empty. We had to wait for the staff to get our table ready.
Even though they did nothing to accommodate the group, they did add 8% gratuity for the group to our bill!
We had appetizers, and a variety of entrees and salads. The food was ok, typical bar food except for one of the steaks. It had to be sent back because it was way too tough. the cordon bleu was good and the salads were great.
One of my pet peeves is that I would like everyone dining at the same table shouod get their food at the same time. This definitely did NOT happen here. Four of us received our entrees first, significantly later (approx. 8 – 10 min) five more, and believe it or not the toddlers got their food last!
The definite brightspot was our server (Tosciana). She was organized but not rigid, polite but not stiif and friendly without being too familiar. She was there when we needed her without hovering.

Only visited one time and this will be my last. The place was nice and clean. Wait staff was nice but the food was bland.
Had the Seafood Platter and there was no help for it. Bland, Bland, Bland.
Sorry but for the prices charged I will not do business here again.

Not bad. Love the dressings for their salads. Other then that it’s to be expected. It’s really great priced food and good atmosphere.

Went back here for dinner one night after work. There was a couple in front of me when I went in. We went up to the hostess stand and the hostess greeted the couple in front, nice and friendly, took them to a table (it wasn’t crowded at all). The hostess returned to the desk and started working on the little seating chart while I stood waiting. After a few minutes, she looked up at me and said, «Did you want something?» like I was interrupting her work. I smiled and said that I would like a table. She tsked, slapped the crayon down on the desk, got a menu and took me to a table. She put the menu down and said, «somebody will be by to take your order in a few minutes.» Turned out to be almost 15 minutes. The food was good. But, I don’t know when I was treated so rudely at a restaurant. In hind sight, when she asked me what I wanted, I should have said, «The manager!»

I’ve been here twice now and both times the service was awesome! the kiwi watermelon lemonade just might be my new favorite drink!

It is a good family restaurant near the shopping. My steak was sent back to make it medium rare instead is very rare. The wine good quality. Then noise level too high for a Monday. 12 tv screens music and loud people. Overall happy with my meal and the staff. Even the manager checked in.

If you like a medium burger make sure to emphasize it and check the doneness of the burger before you take a bite.

Get here early on a Friday night. From 5pm-​8pm it is extremely busy. Great Bacon Chedder burgers — make sure you get one!

Good service. Love the space and atmosphere. Sub par food. Pretty disappointing.

Nice place to eat at during a lunch hour. Clean, open, and bright atmosphere. Food was typical, but still tasty.
Fries were soggy. I hope they aren’t making them and throwing them in a tub for future orders as the grease soaks into them. Didnt eat the fries. Yuck
Prices are on par with the area. Waitstaff is energetic and attentive.
Full bar in the center with plenty of seating.

I still haven’t figured out the difference between Casual Jacks and Kickback Jacks… They’re the same company right? I mean their logos look the same and they have a very similar vibe… I don’t understand when these two restaurants are down the street from each other like they are in Fayetteville.
Casual Jacks took over the spot where Tripps used to be, providing a casual fare and sports bar-​like enviroment. I already feel like the last thing we need in Fayetteville is more sports bars, but my family and I decided to try it anyways.
It was alright. I’ve definitely had better, but I did really enjoy the chicken cordon bleu, a dish I didn’t expect to be on a sports bar menu. It was very good, though oddly small portions. I usually don’t finish my dish in places like this but I did– and had room for dessert.
My mom wasn’t blown away with her burger and my sister really didn’t like her wrap. They also got a piña colada which had huge chunks of ice. It was too much trouble to drink and totally not worth it.
Service was alright, they were really busy but we had our drinks refilled on a regular basis.
Definitely not blown away, I actually really liked Tripps and i’m sad to see this as the replacement.
