Condescending service. I asked for no meat because I don’t eat meat, and they still put it into my breakfast. Returned it and was told they would make me a fresh one but was returned the same one with the same deformed biscuit. That was not very nice.

Friendly lady (I think she’s the manager) but the food is really crappy like the first guy reviewed. Maybe because their food was so crappy that they don’t have regulars and their customer flow is really unstable during lunch hour. As a result, on their «good days» their crew would be extremely understaffed.
Long waits and still crappy food. I don’t think you want to eat here…
**update Sept 2014**
I went back to this place because of the coupons BK gives out. I have to say this particular restaurant has quite an improvement from my initial review. I see they have more staff working at lunch time so the food and waiting time has a significantly better from before. Therefore, I’m giving it a upgrade from 1 star to a 3-​star «OK».
Fast food is so pricey these days, so for lunch, I wouldn’t come to BK without coupons. Instead of combo meals from fast food places, I rather spend that extra dollar or two at a near by Apple Bee’s (lunch special) for some real food.
