OHBOY. FRANKZAPPA would say. . SAVEYOURMONEY… DON’T GOTOTHESHOW ! at least I tried. I have been a Wendy’s customer for many years, and probably have gone to the different restaurants, at least 100 times. Always thought to usually be the better fast food alternative with the fresh, non frozen meat and Baconator, Chili and all… I hate giving a poor review and people do need their jobs … but an establishment needs to know when there is a problem so they can fix it ! This place has a problem. I have been to this Wendys previously 6 times, once I went inside … but mostly the drive thru . The most important thing when getting fast food, is to have your food custom made for you on the spot any food previously made will generally not be good I decided that I would try the Baconator today even though it’s a bit expensive for fast food drive thru BUT, if I had it freshly cooked it would be acceptable. I took a few pictures of the drive thru, as I intended to review for Unilocal and pulled up to the window to pay. I could hear the people inside saying” No he wants it fresh you have to cook it fresh for him«. then I heard someone say what’s he taking pictures of ?.. and then the guy at the window made me feel very uncomfortable and said did you take any pictures of me? I said no sir I did not take pictures for you, and at that point I told them I was taking pictures and reviewing for Unilocal, because they were all getting very nervous and paranoid. I don’t know why? I was just taking pictures of their menu board with my phone? Not my telephoto Nikon! Then an older woman who appeared to be one of the managers, stood at the window with her arms folded and said what are you taking pictures of ?? I HADTO explain myself… to the woman that I was taking pictures of no one in general. just their signage for Unilocal review. And the drive-thru staff was seen through the window acting all very unusually paranoid, like they were doing something wrong. seriously. .HUH? This is America… folks. I also was here last week with my friend he got the four for for 4 Deal ugh… It was absolutely terrible. the nuggets were cold even though we ask that they please be cooked freshly, as a result he threw most of the food away(For Real!). again I have been to this Wendy’s a few times before and usually make it a weekend ritual, now I’m really put off by the behavior of the staff. the inconsistency of the food, the Baconator was okay today because it was fresh cooked but I won’t be returning here. Also I will be reexamining my choices when I eat especially Wendy’s. Sorry guys tried many times . Today the last straw. My mom would always say. IF its WACK.. DON’T GOBACK!

UPDATE: I went back and this time that same weird drive thru guy for some reason asked me to backup after he took my credit card, he said he would wave me forward when my food was ready. He did not want me to back up to other people could pass, he just had me backup against the wall so that I couldn’t see in the store, literally just backed up, in place, and 30 seconds later, he waves me forward and gives me the food and my card back. I’m not sure why he is doing this but I would be cautious, he might be skimming credit cards and doesn’t want anyone to see. I put in a call to corporate and they said local management would call me back about this, but they never did.

This Wendy’s is easily accessible on the 110. Ample parking in their lot even during lunch hour. Right now my coworkers and I go to enjoy the 4 for $ 4 deal. You can’t beat that price!

What a dirty disgusting Wendy’s! Horrible customer service and idiots working the register. Whole store needs a remodel and employees need training! What a shame that this is representative of Wendy’s.

This is one of the worst Wendy’s on the island. The food is always cold. You usually don’t get your order correct. The drive thru line can stretch all the way onto 110 at certain times of the day with the industrial area behind it and the college across from it. The service through drive thru is unprofessional

Some idiot decide to design the layout of the restaurant to have maximum seating and minimum kitchen/service area. Total of 3 registers that I can count of, 2 front 1 driver through. You can see how the staffs are all cramped up and don’t have space to work nor put more work force in. Very long wait on weekday lunch time. Messes up simple orders and just plain«I am working at a crappy restaurant, being way under paid and just don’t give a damn» I would totally give it a 0 if there’s the option.

Well I like Wendy’s. I use to love Wendy’s until I have some bad experiences recently. This is my latest. I stopped by the drivethru tonight… I worked a very long day and didn’t feel like cooking so I decided to get some fast food. I ordered a plain spicy chicken with fries and bbq sauce and ketchup packets. I placed my order and pulled forward. I was told to back up and proceed again, I asked is was too far away or blocking anything, the teller said no. I figured this was a prerequisite for my order so what the hell. My order was 8.02 I gave a five three ones and a nickel. The teller asked if I had two cents. I said no and she SIGHED!!! I wish I had a fifty to give. After receiving my three pennies, another person came up and handled my food. I asked if the bbq and ketchup were inside and with the blankest of stares an affirmative nod came back. I drove off. When I stopped at a red light I looked inside first off, no bbq sauce or ketchup. Now I have both at home, but what if was traveling someplace like communist russia in the 70’s or one of the seven circles of hell? I’m pretty sure i’d be eating dry plain chicken. Also my fries were placed in the bag upside down… who does that? Did they see me coming and say man I hate this dude turn his fries over and ask for two pennies. BOOOTHISPLACEBOOO

If Unilocal allowed for zero stars this location would receive it. My wife and son were school shopping and I asked that they bring back the new Wendy’s hamburger on a pretzel roll. I also asked for no salt on my fries. So what did we get? Salty fries(which my wife had to wait for) Flat Coca-cola(large!) Rotten lettuce And no receipt. My wife threw her hamburger out because it tasted so awful. When I didn’t mind the flavor of my burger(nothing special) she fished it out of the garbage and found the rotting lettuce. The drive-thru staff was asked for ketchup and mayo packets — none in the bag. So, this Wendy’s failed at every thing a fast food restaurant is supposed to provide. We will not go back.

Walked in waited on line for about 20 minutes and left before I got to place my order. How a place like this can stay open with such slow service in unbelievable. Too few registers, too few people working.

WARNING: DONOTCOMEHEREDURINGWEEKDAYLUNCHHOURS Extremely long lines during lunch and definitely short staffed. Waited at least 15 min to even order food. This should not be called fast food! Line was almost out the door. Did not see any type of communication between management and staff. Food is what you’d expect from a Wendy’s. Napkins and ketchup packets was not put in the bag probably due to the chaos. Avoid coming here at lunch. This includes the drive thru!
