Stopped by and went through drive thru. I ordered Rangoon and a side of chow mein. The bag was greasy when I opened it. The rangoon’s filling spilled out and was tasteless. The chow mein smelled off; after one bite, I ate no more. I have been sick all day.

This is the only Panada Express i’ve been to. Been here maybe 20 times over two years. My go to is two grilled chickens and half lo mein half fried rice. Used to get the orange chicken but it seems to be all batter these days with no meat. Disappointed that they stopped making the hot and sour a few months ago. Usually you get a decent amount of food for the price but sometimes the person working will under serve you. I always accept the free sample when they ask in the beginning then never get what i sample, probably why i get shorted on the entrée’s sometimes.

Was here last night, and it wasn’t that great. Made the mistake of eating here, but had a sudden taste of Chinese, which this isn’t really, and gave it a shot to see if it has improved here. It hasn’t! I go in and ordered the 2 entrée meal. I got the Chow Mein Noodles and Veggies as the base, the I ordered the Honey Cashew Shrimp and the Beef with Sweet Chili Sauce. As I’m watching the guy putting the Shrimp on my plate, it’s like he’s counting the Shrimp to make sure that I don’t get that much! There was about 6 pieces of Shrimp on the plate! It was like he was paying for the Shrimp to be brought in and cooked! The Shrimp was overly sweet with the honey, and the Beef was overpowered by the sweet chili sauce! I barely finished my meal and left! I was still hungry because the food here wasn’t that filling! Next time I get a hunger for Chinese, I’ll order from North China Café where they know how to cook the food and not use process food like Panda Express does!

I should of checked inside the bag when I received it when I ordered through the drive-thru. One of the two orders was wrong. The girl gave me Steak Angus which turned out to be ok but not Beijing Beef which is what I had ordered. Next I asked for hot and plum sauce. I opened the bag to find nothing but plum sauce. The two mistakes ruined the experience.

Went here a few times in the past and it was really a great place. This is my first time having chinese spare ribs so I was pleased after I had this magnificent masterpiece. It was so juicy, it has this unique style of sauce that you will savour, this is very meaty indeed.

I normally only see these at malls and airports. I was shocked to see a stand alone one… with a drive thru. The only flaw was that one of my entrée items was Sahara desert dry like the chicken had been sitting under the heat lamp too long.

Its ok! Not the best I’ve ever had and more like fast food chinese. Its ok for a quick meal when you are in a hurry. Tend to get more rice/noodles(whichever is your preference) than any the main dishes. Prices are reasonable, staff is helpful and service is quick. Can’t ask for much more than that for a drive-thru chinese restaurant.

Typical fast food chinese. I don’t usually get Panda Express unless I am short on time. They are quick and I’m in and out of there in minutes. This place is pretty clean so it’s nicer than the mall ones I’ve been to. I usually get the orange chicken and then some other entrée. I think the orange chicken is decent. Not the greatest but decent, especially for fast food. But then I recently tried the grilled teriyaki chicken. I think I found a replacement for my orange chicken. Or maybe these 2 are the ones I will get next time. This place has a drive thru as well. First time seeing a drive thru chinese take out place. Nice touch. Found it useful. Still probably won’t come here unless I’m crunched on time, but it is a good change from the typical fast food restaurants around. And it’s pretty filling.

Typical Panda Express either a hit or miss. Sometimes the trays have food, sometimes there’s almost no options and food seems like it’s been sitting for a while. Last time I went staff was arguing between the male chef and the male server. Food is basic. This location is modern and generally clean. Slow service during lunch hours. Sometimes 10 mins to get the meal started because they are busy helping the drive thru.

We went to this location at 10pm right after a soccer game. There were 4 of us and we got in line behind another family. They were low on rice and we asked what the wait would be, the girl answered 5 minutes. We told her we would wait and returned my son’s plate that she had started. She then watched us sit down. 7 minutes later we ask if it was ready and she tells us they were closing so no more rice. I asked her why she told us there was a 5 minute wait if they were not going to make anymore, mind you this is 30 minutes before closing time. She stated she was sorry, I asked her if she thought my family and I were just loitering around enjoying the ambiance waiting for them to close and she just giggled. Needless to say we will never go back.

GREATSTAFF! In the time I was there earlier: they had a customer who was flat out rude because they didn’t have the entrée she came there for, a group of rowdy teenage boys and on me who was still sedated from surgery. I noticed that no matter how difficult we were the staff members always had a smile on their face and were VERY compensating for our time. It was my fault I was over charged because I did not know what I was saying earlier. I got the names mixed up for what I ordered because I was so out of it. They still gave me what I originally wanted along with what I ordered by mistake. On top of that they gave me a free beverage with my meal because I had to wait for it. While I was dinning there were no one else but me for most of the time, everyone was always doing something, no one just stood around. The staff is hardworking, patient and very kind.

I’ve never been inside but drive-thru service has always been quick and efficient. The orange chicken is the best Chinese food I’ve ever eaten, yeah, I said it. I bought their store brand orange chicken sauce, and it just wasn’t the same. You gotta go to the restaurant if you want the real orange chicken experience. While this is one of the more calorie laden dishes on the menu, there are ways to eat here without completely eating a week’s worth of calories. The mixed veggies side instead of chow mein or fried rice, and one of the entrees with the Smart Wok symbol are still pretty dang good. And the prices can’t be beat, either.

I experienced extreme sadness after my visit here. Not because of any disappointment with my food; but because this was my first time eating here, and i realized that I threw away the last 23 years of my life due to the absence of Panda Express. For only 6.99, I recieved the most amazing plate of Beijing beef, orange chicken, and a heaping pile of fried rice, and it was fantastic. Thank you Panda Express: I’m so glad we found each other.

I can’t believe I’ve driven by this place for years and did not go in! The idea of fast food has really changed. This is now one of my favorite places to eat or take out. I love the way they let you taste the different foods and place them on a tooth pick. They are very courteous and friendly along with consistent . Don’t forget to ask for your sauces. I also love the way that they secure the drink tops in a pull out container. If you love fortune cookies, you can buy I think it’s 6 together tied up in a cute little. I had the chicken/mushrooms and the honey shrimp, this is a combo they sell. The chicken is white chunks and not rubbery. The portions are generous Many things to choose from. Already made and presented on display right in front of you as you walk down the line, always cooking more. They also have a drive through, I’ve never used. I like to see my food first. The only thing I do not like is they use Styrofoam for takeout, so bring your own container if you do not want it sitting for 400 years in the landfill. Also no WIFI, but maybe that’s good, so you can taste the goodness in the food an savor the moment. Don’t forget to take your receipt and take the survey online and get a code to put on back for the next time. For the receipt and code you get an additional entrée for free! I love that too. I am also very picky when it comes to Chinese food. My favorite being Peking Gourmet in Falls Church. How can anyone compare… But this place is far less expensive and never that crowded. Enjoy!

it’s definitely great«Chinese» food. If you want fast service, go inside, don’t ever go through the drive thru. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru twice before, because their always short staffed. I feel horrible for the lady that always gets left doing all of the drive thru because she is busting her butt to provide excellent customer service. If you order a bowl, understand the entrée you get will be cut extremely low. They over do the side but give you barely enough entrée. I always get chow mein with beef & broccoli, I get a lot of chow mein, 8 pieces of broccoli and 2 pieces of beef. A side should be less amount than the entrée and they don’t do that at all.

This is my favorite Chinese fast food chain. The basic meal there is a two entrée plate with a side item. It’s cheap, it’s fast, and it tastes good. This location is good, but a bit less than what I expect of Panda Express. You start out by choosing either rice, noodles, or stir fried vegetables. I usually get the vegetables. There are two reasons for this, first I’m trying to cut back on carbs, and second the entrees tend to be just meat with no vegetables. So this rounds out my meal. Some items are premium, meaning they cost $ 1 more to be added to your plate. I usually buy the normal stuff. I like the teriyaki chicken. For this item they have grilled chicken they slice then pour a sweet teriyaki sauce over it. But watch them, I’ve had them forget to put the sauce on. This location seems ever forgetful about details like this. I then add a second item, usually something that has been breaded and deep fried. I also almost always get a third item for free. This is accomplished by taking a quick survey from your last receipt. To be honest, many times I have walked in, found a leftover receipt, then used the internet on my phone to get the free item. I find at the register they tend to not ask me if I want some sauces and tend to not give me a fortune cookie, but these things are included in the price — you just have to ask. The food tends to be tasty, if mediocre. The service here is usually bad. The place is clean enough. They usually have two or three items that are out on the serving line. I go back often. In particular, I like to go here to eat if I am not feeling well. I do enjoy it.

For the price, I actually don’t think this is a bad fast-food Chinese lunch. I had the orange chicken bowl over noodles. The chicken was cooked properly, of a good cut, had tasty sauce and just the right amount of batter/crisp. The noodles had cabbage, celery, etc., in it, so that was a big plus. The only drawback was they were changing out the soda machine so I had to wait in the drive-thru for longer than was necessary to get my drink. Had they told me they were in the middle of doing that I could’ve just ordered water or something.
