Came in to order pizzas to go and was disgusted with the lady who helped me. After taking my order, touching the register and money she did Not wash her hands before making my pizza. Not sanitary

Let me first start off by saying. the manager was nice let me know the pizza was going to take a while for it to come. but the pizza tasted like it was microwaved uncooked boxed … waited almost 2hrs. The total was $ 25. The guy who delivered it charged me 3 $ extra I’m guessing for his tip. I tip him 20 $ then the extra 3 $ that he charged me! Wouldn’t order pizza from this place ever again I didn’t have to tip you anything for waitting that long. rather go to the ghetto and buy some pizza.

Friendly people who work here. My pizza got stuck on the pan had to make a new one but apologized to me by my first name that is really great customer service right there. I definitely will come back again. Loved the guy who took my order friendly the way it should be when you pay for food and services.

Have ordered from this location many times with no previous complaints. Tonight we ordered our usual 2 medium pizzas, and after over an hour wait and the website showing our pizzas as «delivered», my wife decided to call. Turns out that the delivery driver showed up, saw it was apartmentsl buildings, and decided to leave as there was no apartment number on our information. The address here is our apartment number, and the numbers are viewable from the parking lot. When my wife called, the manager explained that when she was a driver, she went to these apartments all the time. She then stated that they assumed the delivery was a prank when the phone number listed was disconnected. It’s true that my old number is listed, but if we already paid online and she knew the location, why didn’t they try again or email us? Apparently the new go to action is to ignore the paid for order and w as it for the customer to call. Also when we did finally receive new«redo» pizzas, the«premium» white sauce, chicken bacon pizza was fairly barren of chicken. Obviously a rushed job to accommodate the late order. I get that the driver was possibly lost, but why didn’t they at least TRY finding our place, which shows up on GPS, the manager knew where it was, and is easy to find If you actually take the time to look at the apartments. Will still use them in the future, but this is not acceptable behavior for a business who cares about each customer and not simply reacting to complaints.

My complaint is about the manager Harry who argued with me on the phone for 10 minutes claiming that we never had a pizza delivered to our house and that his delivery driver never offered us a $ 20 credit for the delivery taking over 45 minutes to arrive. I told him her name and the time of delivery from the day before, and he still denied it. He blatantly told me I was a liar trying to get a free pizza. I couldn’t believe his unprofessional phone manner. He ended up shouting at me and then hanging up on me. As a business manager, I can say that this guy should not be employed here and I’ll never eat here again because of him. Side note: He said his name was Harry and claimed to be the manager, but I didn’t look into it, so can’t be sure. I’ve never seen a real manager behave that way.

They have their moment, Sometime it’s ok but most of the time it good. They get a little heavy on the salt sometimes. Lava cake is amazingggg! My favorite! Apparently when they deliver. they now charge for parm cheese and peppers. Seriously. Wow.

This location is great! The pizza is always hot never gotten an order wrong and great customer service. Made the change to Domino’s after the horrible experiences I had with the Pizza Hut in Fallbrook and never looked back.
