Pizza Hut

Ordered two medium pizzas on the website, delivered on time but the pizzas came with missing toppings and no sauce on one pizza. Dry, bland, and probably only good for really hungry stoners.

Would not deliver to Fallbrook even though I offered to pay extra. Was extremely hungry…

Short version: 14 year customer
long very stressful day, hungry.
Decided to treat myself to a stay home pizza and movie.
order online, online form asks if paying cash? yes. okay donkey, order goes through fine.
driver late by 15 minutes– no problem, our fault actually as we’re replacing house numbers. but we’re in a tract, and I turned the porch light on.
driver shows up with pizza.

go to give driver $ 100. for order. Driver says, we don’t accept $ 100. bills. I say okay, it should say that on your website. driver says, «we don’t control website».
So, I say, Okay, I can give you a check. Driver says, we don’t take checks (news to me, paid many times with check).
Okay. I can give you a debit or a credit card.
driver says, well, you’ll have to call for approval to do that. Customer «me» says, Okay what’s the phone number? Driver says, I don’t know.
I go to look up the number, and realize, that I’ve got to weed through Pizza Huts expansive web site to find the Damn number for my store. Arggh.
I’ve now tried paying with cash, paying with a check, paying with a debit card, and paying with a credit card.
I give up.
So frustrated I tell driver to leave. and not nicely!
I find number and call store. Ask for manager. Hold on, manager picks up and says {I kid you not}, «yeah»?
Not, Hello, this is George, how can I help you? Nope, «yeah»?.
George asks me do I want this pizza? okay… I say yes. George tells me that it will be there within 15 minutes, driver is on his way.
No mention of payment for this pizza, I honestly thought that «George» was going to comp this pizza for their 14 year repeat customer. He absolutely lead me to believe that.
10 minutes later, phone call from the manager, will you be paying with cash or credit card? My response included a four letter word, ending with YOU.

I was reluctant to order from Pizza Hut since I’ve had bad experiences at other locations. This place was great! The pizza in a box was really good, but the thing that stood out most for me was the excellent delivery service. The woman on the phone and the woman who delivered were both great! We’ve order twice from them and are ordering a 3^rd time as I speak. BTW I am picky about my pizza and I was pleasantly surprised! Good work pizza hut!

We use this pizza hut for their delivery service. Usually not a problem but when we ordered several orders of wings with ranch sauce and the ranch didn’t make it, they didn’t care. We had a group of people sitting around eating pizza but not the wings. We called and they said they would send the driver back. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. After everyone finished eating the pizza and the wings were cold we called back to let them know that the ranch was never delivered and they said they would make a note on our account and take care of it next time. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. The next order of wings and pizza showed up so salty we couldn’t eat them. This Pizza Hut is not the norm and has a management issue. I would stay clear and use other pizza parlors in town that are more reliable and stand behind their product and services.

We ordered the $ 10 dinner box delivery from this Pizza Hut. The service was super fast and friendly. The pizza arrived 20 minutes early. Big kudos for that.
The breadsticks were good and the chocolate dippers were really good too. We didn’t care too much for the pizza though. The overall flavor of the pizza was good. The cheese, sauce, and toppings were all good, if you could only taste them with all the crust on the pizza. The crust was really thick and overly dis-​proportioned to everything else on the pizza. In other words, we felt they loaded us up on crust to be stingy with the cheese, sauce, and toppings.
I wanted to give 3 ½ stars, but settled on 3, because we didn’t call Pizza Hut for their breadsticks and chocolate dippers, we wanted their main course (pizza), so I felt that rounding it down was fair.
We’ll probably try them again in the future with a different style pizza (thin crust/​pan). Since the crust on their regular style pizza is going to be that disproportionate to the rest of the pizza, I’m not interested in the regular style. The $ 10 dinner box was a good value, considering everything you get with it, but on the other end, I guess we got what we paid for.

This Pizza Hut has bad service. I go occasionally, once a month, and each time the service tends to be worse. This last time though, my friend and I had ordered pizza and breadsticks. The pizza was only slightly later than expected, but we had to ask about the breadsticks. They said they will get them to us in snobby tones. Okay. So we waited and ate the pizza, then the lady came to our table asking if we needed anything. The breadsticks. She said she will tell the people working in the back to get them for us. I peaked back there and the workers were all chit chatting to each other — not doing their jobs! After a while my friend goes up to them and asks for the breadsticks and they hadn’t even put them in the oven yet! The lady came back after a while and noticed we STILL didn’t have them and said «oh let me go see what’s taking so long» then she came back with slightly burnt breadsticks –_​_​_​– oh well. Whatcha gonna do! They should have been more willing to do a good job considering we were the only ones in the place. Even though dine in is what I want, I will take my business to Domino’s.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever had to deal with. The customer service is horrible I always seem to get the wrong order and they like to argue with there customers. I suggest to anyone that wants good pizza with great customer service order from the Domino’s Pizza in Fallbrook its 100 times better then this Pizza Hut

Worst. Service. Ever. I went to this Pizza Hut on a Saturday night to pick up my carry out order which was supposed to be ready at 6:20. I arrived at 6:30 and was told it would be another 5 minutes. At 7pm I was finally told that my pizza was burned and they had to remake it. I asked for a refund, which no one seemed to be able to figure out and left. They didn’t even apologize. I’ve never been particularly impressed with the customer service at this location but this was especially bad.
