Coco Massage

I’ve come to this place before and received a pretty good massage… however this time I was EXTREMELY disappointed not only with the massage but with the service. I was a walk in and glad they could get me in, they had me pay and tip beforehand which is fine. Then it goes down hill from there. The massage was almost painful and seemed to be rushing through toward the end. The lady kept leaving the room and leaving the door open while people are walking past which is extremely uncomfortable. Here is the worst part… I was leaving nobody was in the lobby so I walked out. I was backing my car up and the lady who gave me a massage came running out. I rolled down my window and she is trying to tell me something which I couldn’t understand. I kept telling her «I paid». So I came back inside the place and she went to get the receipt to point at it. That whole time she was at my window trying to tell me something she was saying «TIP PLEASE… TIP PLEASE». I was flabbergasted…
1. It is not mandatory to tip… however I ALWAYS tip 20% wherever I go.
2. NEVER run after a customer asking for you to tip them!!! (Especially when they have already tipped you)
Unbelievable!!!
I will never go to this place again.

Excellent and so therapeutic. Better than Massage Envy. Come out feeling truly relaxed… Like a new person. They know what they are doing!

Shame on me for not reviewing this place the first time I came here! The number of times that I have come to this location for a body massage have been wonderful! I know that at least 3 or 4 massages were by Lisa. With my massages she will check if the pressure is good. I have made it a habit that on my first couple of visits to a new place to let the massage therapist know if I need more or less work on a specific area or if I have any injuries prior to my service. Lisa, has a good memory and has remembered my specific needs, you’re awesome Lisa.
This location is a shared space, (small strip mall) so you have businesses on either side. During regular business hours you may hear more going on than you would during the evening. If you are easily distracted and are looking to relax, bring ear plugs. The floors are paneled so you will hear anyone walking by the rooms. The walls are thin so you will hear conversations as people enter and leave, AND you will hear the bells on the door each time it is opened and closed. I always bring my ear plugs to ensure a peaceful massage.
The place is clean and decorated nicely. The ladies are always friendly. I would like to try the foot massage service one day. The prices are a bit more than if you were to go to San Diego or Orange County, but it is nice to have something local and for that the paying the little extra is worth it.

I have been to this place for 3 times and it has been great every time. My masseuse were very professional.
