Chipotle

Since last review and numerous visits. This place has became great! Serving sizes are proportionate to other locations.
The Staff here is beyond any expectations. I did notice what seems as employee changes and if so it shows. If not then credit to the improvement as well. Bravo! Outstanding, above and beyond customer service.

I love chipotle, but this one is not the same as the others ! Portions are small and it smells like bathroom inside

You can sum this location up in two words: Portions suck

Don’t bother! I just tried this location for the second time hoping the poor quality food I got the first time was a fluke. It wasn’t. The carnitas burrito was about half the size I’m used to from other locations and it was dry and tasteless. When I remarked at the size, the woman behind the counter said I could always ask for more rice and beans! I thought it rude! Then when I filled my cup with iced tea, I let them know the canister was empty. No one made eye contact with me or even said thank you. My total bill was $ 10.10 for a burrito and drink!

I Absolutely love chipotle. The manager is actually really sweet and accommodating. I’m impressed with the customer service there! And carnitas are back…

I enjoy coming here after long days at work with my wife to enjoy some great food. I love the selection of gmo free and gluten free options for my wife. There are few fast food joints we can eat together due to her allergies. I enjoy how late they are open so even if work keeps me late I can still stop by for some great food.
Everything I have ever ordered has been great. I never felt like I was being cheated on serving size. My burrito never fell apart on me.
I highly recommend this establishment and hope my review jumps it away from the previous 2 start ratings.

My son went into Baskin Robbins to get a treat so I thought I’d try Chipotle out. The Manager on duty, Steve, waited on me. I ordered a shredded beef taco and the amount of meat didn’t even cover the bottom of the shell! He argued with me when I asked about pico de gallo, telling me the pan of chopped tomatoes, cilantro and onion was salsa, not pico de gallo. He was not helpful, the food was ok, the serving was very small. I won’t go back.

So happy that Fallbrook has a Chipotle!!! Finally right !!!
This location has a smaller seating arrangement but I have never had a problem finding a table to sit at. The times I have gone I believe people are still training because ordering can be kind of slow at times. Or sometimes their is a wait on food items if they need to stalk up. Overall they have friendly staff and I am happy with my order!

I’ve only been to chipotle twice. Once in Monterey bay and once here at this location. Both times I left disappointed. For one the food is very bland and lacks flavor. Prices are a rip off, no wonder these guys are expanding so quickly. I still can’t wrap my head around why people love this place so much, well at least other locations. The chips were waaay too salty as well, I couldn’t eat them after a few, seriously felt that the rock salt was getting in between my teeth. The interior of this place was the only thing that I liked. It was clean, fresh and helpful staff. Only way I’ll be back is if I’m with a group of friends and I have to go with the flow of you know what I mean.

I dont understand why everyone likes chipotle… i give it a chance every time and each time I feel justified in my dislike for chipotle. The staff hurry me even when I’m the only ome there. They’re not very helpful in explaining anything about the food. The meat is always stone cold. It seems way overpriced for cold meat, cold beans, weird guacamole and being hurried to get out the door. I wouldn’t eat chipotle if it was free.

Chiptoles are always a little pricy, but great healthy food!

Worst burrito EVER! It cost me $ 14.95 for a beer and burrito. First she put cold corn on my burrito. I had two bites and left. Didn’t even have a sip from my beer. I WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

When I saw the 2 star rating on Unilocal,I went to go experience for myself if, in fact, this place deserved the 2 star rating.
First and fore most this place is smaller than your average chipotle, next was the food. I got a nice big rice bowl, there was no skimping on what I got, and they were prompt. The price was about the same as other Chipotles as I do request extra meat. Chipotle has alway been a bit pricey for what you get.
I don’t think Fallbrook has ever had an upscale place like Chipotle let alone a Panda Express.
I am pretty happy I don’t have to commute to go to Chipotle now.

I love Chipotle, and was so excited about Fallbrook stepping up its game. Although the food was fine, staff was pleasent… the smell inside was horrendous! I wanted to vomit just walking in. I went the first time, and thought this was awful but didn’t say anything because it was busy and it was probably just a fluke. Afterall, my food didnt taste like the smell, Thank God! My second visit i thought maybe it went away? Nope, as soon as i stepped foot inside it hit me like a ton of bricks. It was dead inside so I thought I would say something. The staff said many people have complained but they have no idea what the smell is… they chalked it up to their AC unit being close to where Albertsons dumps their trash. I don’t believe that, because I have been in every shop next to them and in the entire shopping center and never smelled anything so awful! After speaking with a few others, they too smelled it and didn’t want to go back. It’s unfortunate, but hopefully they figure this problem out sooner rather than later. I would hate to see Chipotle go away due to lack of business because of this smell.

Rather drive to Oceanside for better service. For one, Staff was having outside conversations while preparing my food. Secondly as I’m almost out the door I hear «Mam mam mam «I turn around and the cashier is holding out my guacamole. Weren’t they supposed to put that in my bag? Even though it’s super close to where I live I’d rather not waste my time here again

I love Chipotle and was very excited that they were opening one in this location because it is near my work. Unfortunately this location completely rips you off when it comes to the serving size. At any other location, a burrito bowl is almost overflowing with food, but not here; I have seriously gotten a bowl here where a quarter of the bottom was completely empty! It is not as if Chipotle is inexpensive, but at least the cost doesn’t seem so bad when the serving size matches. This is especially true for ingredients that you pay extra for like guacamole *hint: get it on the side*
Not pleased so far.

I’ve been to a billion Chipotles and this one gives you almost half of what you’d get at other Chipotles. I was really excited to have this in Fallbrook but I guess I’ll keep driving to Temecula:/
For example, I ALWAYS get extra guacamole, but this location literally gave me about a tablespoon full. So disappointed.

Man, so happy to get a Chipotle here in Fallbrook! I avoided the line out the door on grand opening but came in last weekend and loved the excitement of the employees and loved the fresh food– of course stuffing my gob full of a double steak burrito with the works.
All the employees were cool but I have to give a huge shout out to the amazing, (and a pretty lady to match her personality) CRISELA that had a perma-​grin and infectious laugh and smile, all while being incredibly fast with all the orders yet sweetly patient with a family herd that was next to me. (They clearly have never been in a Chipotle before.) I asked what store she transferred from and she said she was brand new! She’s the one shining star in the group and needs a raise! She’s a keeper, Chipotle! The store was really clean! Two thumbs up guys!
