Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever received in a Dunkin Donuts!
To to the people who work there… «Don’t act like your doing me a favor by serving me watered down ice coffee (which you get wrong more often than not). And also, I shouldn’t have to reach 2/​3rds of the way across the counter to get it, try putting a little effort into your job!

Was thinking of getting an ice coffee BUT the two people in front of me were RETURNING their coffee’s went wrong through drive-​thru. So kept it simple with hot coco (which wasn’t filled to top and tasted kinda of watery). Bagel was FRESH so that’s a plus. Got back the wrong amount of change (which they fixed quickly). PARKING horrible. drive-​thru went into the street and not much in the lot.
