This place is a Hit or Miss
I came here because the other dunkin i got to in under construction. I ordered a iced hazelnut macchiato. It was pumpkin… barf yucky i dislike pumpkin stuff well except pumpkin pie. So i drove back around and kindly asked for a new one she had a little attitude but i kept smiling i got this one and it was just as bad not pumpkin so ill give her a for that. Ugh… i dont understand if Your Job is to Make coffee then why do i keep getting it Wrong??? So i asked for the manager and thank goodness it finally taste the way i ordered it. I will not be coming back here…

I vowed to never go back but it’s the closest to the hospital I work at. Went in the morning several times the past week. We have a new addition to our family and the exhaustion has prevented me from using my keurig in the morning (lazy, I know). The line is one of the fastest at a DD I’ve ever been in. The coffee is consistently good in the morning. The breakfast sandwiches perfectly toasted.
The staff is an older group, appropriate, and service oriented. I’ll definitely be back in the morning but will still steer clear in the afternoon.

I wish I had more hands so I could give this place four thumbs down.
They consistently screw up even the simplest orders. It’s like they don’t know how to make coffees any way other than extra extra. I hope you’re cool with getting a different sandwich than what you ordered too.
Do yourself a favor and go to the Dunkin’ on Brayton instead. It’s a short drive but well worth it if you won’t want to explode thinking about the complexity of taking a coffee order.
