Steaks, chicken, and sandwiches are amazing.
You have to have some patience when ordering for delivery. Wait times have varied between 30 and 45 minutes. But with them always being busy it is worth that wait.

Okay if this was a year or two ago they would have gotten five stars. The food is still very much excellent however picking up food in person i realized that the staff is very ehhh. Not only that they have gotten pretty cheap with their portions. On a night where my friends and I didn’t have money 20 $ got us so much here but not anymore. If you want something delivered from here the timing isn’t so bad and you have the pleasure of not seeing the staff. Don’t forget to ask for their hotsauce it’s amazing when you mix it with the rice.
Hope to change this to five stars but I’ve been eating here for awhile now… still your experience might be different than mine try it.

I have been here a million times! I have been a regular even before Unilocal was a twinkle in the creators eye. The name of the game at Fairview BBQ is simple and flavorful. They prepare all the meats over a coal burning grill so the flavors are like whoa! The meat is never dry, and always tender. I tend to go for the chicken although the beef and pork ribs are my favorites. But you just can’t have that everyday or one won’t live another day to come back lol The yellow rice and the red and black beans are also a great complement to any of the dishes. They also deliver to the adjacent towns so feel free to give them a call. I highly suggest using one of the many combo selections they have to get a full sense of the menu. I will continue visit this place regularly. Once you are hooked, it’s tough to go to rehab from this Brazilian style bbq joint.

Food is pretty good. Huge portions!!! I’ve tried the chicken and steak. Their sauce is very good. All of their sides are really good too. Their prices are great and delivery is really quick. You can’t go wrong with this place. Give it a try!!!

Awesome price, but the chicken is dry. I can’t put enough sauce on it. Even after the second time. The chicken is a big piece. I think they should shorten the cut but make it thicker so it doesn’t dry out in the cage over the fire. I really want to like it more. It’s really what’s keeping me from coming back.

Delicioso!
I just picked up from this place for this first time, and the grilled chicken was amazing.
Cannot beat the price for a whole grilled chicken, delicious rice and beans, feeds 2+ for $ 14.
Definitely a gem and yes, you cannot tell from the outside, but it’s well worth your try.
I cannot wait to try the picanha and ribs!

Can’t go wrong with either, especially if it’s your first time here. I mean, who doesn’t like ribs?! Love the char on their meats, with just the right amount of seasoning. Gotta try the meats with their vinegar sauce as well, some good stuff.
Beware as they are huge orders, meant for sharing. Also, make sure you call and put your order in at least 30 minutes prior pick up (they deliver as well).

The best churasqueria in Bergen County. The place seats about 20 people however they cook with charcoal indoors which means the place is about 120 degrees and you will feel like you chain smoked a carton of cigarettes. In other words call ahead for take-​out. The chicken and ribs are consistently fresh and juicy and perfectly seasoned. The combos can feed 2 to 3 people.

Excellent BBQ spot for Portuguese style chicken, ribs, and steak. Portions are generous, and they get a really good char on the meat without over cooking it. The chicken is always tender with a nice charcoal grilled smoky taste. This place is very busy on the weekends but its worth the wait. Delivery times are average for the area.

I got the chicken breast with white rice and black beans. The food was okay. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t mind blowing either. The delivery also took almost 45 minutes when I live down the block.

Try the ribs! Food here is quite honestly, finger licking good. Best bang for you buck in the area, and they deliver. I usually order to go since the grill is right out in the open, stick around for too long and you’ll smell like a rotisserie meal.

Hole in the wall spot with the best charcoal grilled chicken and steak I’ve had. Food is basic yet full of flavor and cooked right in front of you. They’re always busy which will seriously delay your order, expect 30 min wait for a sandwich.
