I’m pretty sure this place has been closed for some time now. There is an Asian place in its spot. It was a decent place too. Bummer.

I ate at this little gem tonight and I am so happy I did as I almost missed out. I was looking for something nicer and date-like that wouldn’t break the bank. My partner suggested this place and, when we first pulled up next to the empty old wal-mart, I was skeptical. Once you get past the pizza place storefront, however, you are greeted by a very friendly(at least in our case) server and taken back to a cute little dining room. I had a trio of baked pastas which were cheesy and delicious in a nicely light tomato sauce, plus some meatballs which were nicely spicy and not too dense. This came with some really delicious foccacia bread and a nice mixed salad. My boyfriend ordered a sauteed flounder dish that reminded me of a baccala with another nicely light tomato sauce and olives. His dish is usually served over pasta, but the waitress let him sub it out for asparagus at no extra charge, which was a nice bonus. The service was genuinely warm and very efficient and, while the ambiance is not fancy, it is comfortable and homey. I will be back again.

I was out visiting my parents from the west coast when we were looking for a place for take out. We found Dante’s using Urbanspoon. We ordered for 10 people, and they delivered in 40 minutes as promised. The wings were excellent, the pasta dishes were tasty, everyone said they had a good meal. They forgot one dish, and they brought it back 10 minutes. My wife really enjoyed her vodka rigatoni and I had the stuffed shells. We heard good comments about the veal Parma and the eggplant rotini as well. Pasta and Italian take out enjoyed by an Italian family.
