Can’t say anything about the food or service, really, because we left 2 minutes in, as the stench was overwhelming. The place was dead on a Saturday afternoon, with just one couole sitting in the corner. The waitress brought us a high chair and left. We followed shortly after. Will not be back

The first few times we ate here whether we order out or eat in I was excited it seemed to be a fantastic place. The last few times haven’t been so great the prices have gone up but the food doesn’t seem to be as good.

Great place. Really good quality Italian food and seafood dishes. Awesome availability of gluten free items including hot fresh gluten free rolls and pasta options. So appreciated and so rare in this area. A niche market they should definitely keep tapping into. Love how fresh and well prepared they are too. Anyone that needs to eat gluten free knows things take a little longer so no worries on that. Have not had any after issues from eating here as a person with celiac. Just happy smiles. The portobello mushroom app with the shrimp and lobster and Madeira wine sauce is to die for. Portobello mushroom sizes could be more consistent. Generous portions. Chefs seem like they care — awesome presentation, fresh ingredients, decent service. First two visits both waitresses forgot to bring out our salads but last visit Francesca was on her game. First visit waitress was very nice and helped bring me back. Sorry I don’t remember her name but she was working on other tables tonight. Casual ambience in a comfortable setting. BYOB bonus for those looking for that. Loved the shrimp parmigiana; pasta sauces wee good. Nice house dressing for the salad; great desserts and a wide array of menu choices. Food temps could be elevated as some items over the few visits were on the cooler side. But overall this place rocks and the gluten free option is such a plus. Made three trips here recently due to the quality, portions and gluten free options. Happily spreading the word. Surprised they weren’t packed because with food quality and fair prices like this — spreading the word will probably fill them up. Worth the visit and I’ll keep going back.

We went for dinner a couple weeks ago, food was great hot and fresh and plenty of it and our server Meghan was excellent she helped my wife choose a dinner and she loved and my wife can be extremely picky. We will definitely be back

Got take out dinner tonight, the food was ok. I thought it was expensive for what it was. The crab cakes were okay, they could have used more crab in them. The Pelto linguine was ok, only had 1 scallop in it and some odd tomato based sauce. I don’t think I will be rushing back to this place any time soon.

Pizza’s good. I usually only do take out. I was disappointed to find lettuce on my chicken cheese steak… Really, what were they thinking putting shredded lettuce on a hot sandwich, it wilts and gets slimy and brown and this is NOT an authentic Philly cheese steak. A Chicken steak should be made the same as a Philly cheese steak. Meat, cheese, and optional sautéed onions on an amoroso roll. Out of Philly area, I can forgive because they don’t know better, but come on…

I wish I could give 2.5 stars. Went there the other night for dinner. The server was friendly and attentive. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich and my girlfriend got pasta with Alfredo sauce. Her pasta sauce peppers and bacon cooked with it. My sandwich came out ok, fresh bread but the tomato sauce was very bland. Her sauce on her pasta was so overpowering of bacon flavor she could not taste any other flavor. We got mozzarella sticks to go since she did not finish her pasta, got home and they we’re the biggest I had ever seen but no flavor to them. They came with the flavorless tomato sauce too. Overall they give lots of food but it was all just ok, for an Italian place I expected more flavor and not bland food.

My family visited Arosso’s italian restaurant recently for a birthday celebration. We can honestly state we will NEVER return. The service was incredibly slow and food was very disappointing. Way over priced for the quality you receive. And a tip to the staff… please check the restrooms on a regular basis. Caroline F

Ate here last December with another couple(both the ladies are gluten free and one is Celiac). So many great gluten free options here! They even have gluten free bread and it’s pretty good! My friend is Celiac and had no issues eating here. Will definitely go back to Arosso!

Great service and the food is always fresh. Been going there for lunch(burgers are huge and hand formed) and dinner. Gnocchi is great as well as the salads. The garlic knots are made to order, you must get them as I don’t think they are on the menu.

I actually really enjoyed this place. I do love the darker feel in the place. It felt comfortable to me. I’m usually not overly concerned with the look of a place though. The service was great. Greeted with a friendly smile, sat promptly, equipped with a wonderful server who wasn’t pushy, and the dinner was decent. I ordered the Pescatore and my buddy ordered a stromboli. It wasn’t over the top, but no complaints. I’d like to come back to try the pizza.

My friend’s family ordered food for pickup here on a Friday night around 6:30 pm, and it was the first time I heard of this restaurant. I had the spinach salad, which I really enjoyed. I liked how the mushroom sauce was warm and wilted some of the spinach slightly, and I enjoyed the hint of sweetness in the salad. The chicken was tender and yummy. The only downside was the time for the order to be ready – 45 minutes. We ordered three salads, a pasta dish, two pizza rolls, and fries. The food was worth the wait, but be sure to plan for the possibility.

I’m actually very disappointed. This is the second time that I’ve ordered here and the service becomes worse. Only had delivery, but it took 1 hr and 10 minutes jus to deliver a burger and mozerella sticks when my company is 5 minutes away. The delivery driver was rude and unkept. My food was sloppy as well as cold. Kudos to them for the taste of the burger, hence the 2 stars… but the«marinara» sauce is orange and tangy. Disgusting.

Ordered the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich. The chicken was nice and thin with a good coating. The flavor was a miss though. No flavor in the sauce and not enough. The cheese definitely tasted like fresh mozzarella. The bread is possibly homemade? The flavor was the big miss though. Even a little salt and pepper probably would’ve worked.

The food was delicious and service excellent. I was immediately won over by the fresh, hot bread that had just come out of the oven. So yummy. And it came with a nice dipping sauce that I really enjoyed. Definitely a great way to kick off my meal. I ordered the Di Carini chicken platter with penne which was fantastic. The portions are big so I had enough for an entire other meal. Great place!

It’s hard to write a review of my lunch today. The dining room is so dark and gloomy that it isn’t very inviting. The staff couldn’t be friendlier, but the service required me to continually flag down the server. I ordered a chef salad that was only $ 6.50 with lots of nice things and beautifully presented. The roast beef and turkey were shaved so thinly that it was hard to distinguish the meats from the red tipped lettuce. Generous salad serving for the price with a tiny dressing on the side. I’d nearly given up finding the server for more when I caught a glimpse of him and flagged him down. Had the server been better & the dining room not been so gloomy I would have given 3 stars perhaps. I guess for the price the salad was a winner.. sort of.

Stopped in to kill both time and hunger while waiting for an order to be ready at a nearby shop. From the outside, it seemed to be a nice looking facility for dinner. As I drove around I noticed an older edifice behind the main building which looked like a simple pizza parlor with a soft ice cream window. I ordered a slice of their Margarita Pizza and Regular to get a sampling of both their standard and specialty pies. The two plus a 12 oz. drink was under $ 6. Much less than I was used to paying farther north. Unfortunately, the slices were overly oily and I had to let the olive juice run off onto the nice ceramic plate. The tip of each slice folded when lifted, requiring my index finger to lift it up to get it into my mouth. Thus, it failed my first test of a good slice — the ability to stand firm without wilting. Next, the taste. Aside from being very hot, the sauce and cheese were nondescript. The bottom crust was not crisp despite the reheating, and the texture was not quite right. The second prong of the pizza slice test was also a fail. To compound the problem, I was not provided with utensils to use to hold and cut the slices; something required by the behavior of the soft wedges. This area of Fairless Hills has a multitude of Tomato Pie stores. I am surprised that Arosso’s did not come close to competing with the best of them.
