When this place opened, I was so excited! We don’t have many stores like this in this area, so I couldn’t wait to stop in, check it out and hunt for treasures. I also love the fact that the proceeds go to charity.(I have not visited the other locations, so this review is for the Buckingham, PA location only.) When I opened the door to the place, I walked into a large room with lots of nice looking home décor items. As I scanned the area, and looked across the room, I made eye contact with two salespeople who were standing at the register talking. They looked right at me, gave me the«once over» and then continued on with their personal conversation. They did not say anything like«hello», or give me any type of greeting, just a judgmental type of look, and then they completely ignored me. I would expect that attitude from some of the upscale businesses around here that are misinformed, and think that snooty means classy, but I certainly wasn’t expecting it from a thrift store with very average brand names, and some of the stuff wasn’t even middle range! There are no high-end name brands here that I could find(and I looked through just about everything), so I don’t get what their snotty attitude is all about, but I still enjoyed looking around and exploring the merchandise in the little rooms and nooks. The stuff was arranged attractively, and the place was very clean. I wasn’t «wowed» by the selection of items here — nothing special — very«run-of-the-mill», and their poor attitude definitely put a slight damper on my visit, but I might consider giving it another chance in the future, if I happened to be driving by, and had the time to stop and look around. Next time, I just won’t expect a friendly greeting, which is sad, because a nice staff with a welcoming attitude can go a long way towards increasing business.

why doesn’t this place have any reviews yet!!! I love this place, SO much cleaner than salvation army down the road!!! a bit more expensive though, but they have a punch card program! every 15 dollars you spend, you get a punch, and after enough punches(i think ten? i forget) you get a 15 dollar store credit! not the BEST rewards program in the world, but i spend enough at thrift stores that it’ll eventually be worth it ;) also mondays you get double the punches, so i’m always gonna go there on mondays from now on LOL!!! i especially like the way they hang their pants, which is diagonally sideways so you can read the tags easily and see the size. BEWARE!!! sumtimes the sizes aren’t in the right damn place. i found these sexy as fuck DKNY jeans in the 12 section BUTTHEYWERE8s!!! i went to all the trouble of trying them on, too. surprisingly small sweater selection, since salv has racks and racks of them, but w/e ALSO! they have this super cool SIlent Auction corner! its where they sell the more expensive items. overall, its in many ways better than salv! cleaner, and better merchandise. salv is cheaper though, and has a lot more stuff.
