If I could give this a zero star raining I would !
So I purchased the udxGwen stefani pallet and glitter liner the girl who helped me was friendly and I felt welcomed by her. I went home swatched the colors and seen they are made for a cool tone skin complexion I am a warm complexion, and I only liked the blue color which to me paying 70 dollars for a name and a single shadow is not worth it! I wanted something for everyday and a couple fun options. So I trekked back to Macy’s and was planning on finding a shade like the blue and building my own shadows from the single shadows they offer. I went to the counter and this girl named Lauren said why are you returning this before I could explain and say I would like help finding shades better suited for me she opened the box threw it and inspected the pallet slammed it shut and said my computers down I need to go over here so I followed her she was even rude to the employee who’s computer she ended up using I didn’t like her attitude and said is there a manager I could speak with she said Nope we don’t have one I said well then a customer service rep she said Nope I said well then I guess I can contact corporate she refused to give me her name three times until I said I was going to buy other products but because of your rude and honestly derogatory behavior I have no desire to purchase I obviously spend quite a bit of money here and you literally didn’t offer to help or think about making a better commission by trying to sell other products I asked for my receipt and and went about my way im contacting corporate because if I was a secret shopper she would’ve been fired be warned of her she doesn’t deserve your money !!!

I love urban decay make up… feels so natural and light weight. This place in particular has real good customer service and great selections.
