My stylist is Jessica and she is FANTASTIC! My highlights are amazing. I showed her the color I wanted and my hair is PERFECT!!! She is always booked in advance but, if you are lucky enough to get an appointment, JUMPONIT. She is absolutely worth it.

Would give only one star but their customer service was good. Went in because jcpenney royaly screwed me with my appointment that i booked… big mistake. Picked a color I thought would look great(after being rushed to do so), and instead of lightening the dark color I had in my hair(roots were lighter) she dyed over it… it looked good in the salon but upon further inspection my roots were bright red(NOT the color i chose) and the rest looked like I just did my roots red. If i wanted that done i wouldve saved my 49 $ and did it myself. Now my hair looks like some sort of fucked up «ombré» gone bad. Thoroughly pissed that I now have to find someone to fix it and pay lord knows how much to make it right… STAYAWAY!!!

I tried taking my autistic 2 year old to another hair cut place, but they refused to cut his hair because he was crying. He’s had his hair cut here before so we came back here. The staff is so great and they do a wonderful job with him each time. Amanda cut his hair this time and it looks great! Thank you so much!

Got a cut by Angelina. She got me in super quick and was very helpful. She never tried to sell me anything, which was a nice change. She was friendly and knowledgeable and even suggested a dye to try at Sally’s instead of trying to convince me to pay to have it done there. The cut was quick and met expectations. The girl who answered the phone had a hard time understanding me(language barrier), and she was there cutting when I arrived, so if you’re looking for someone who can help you decide what you want, just ask to see Angelina. Will be back!

I usually have a good experience when I get my haircut here but today it was horrible. I don’t know if the woman was new or what, but she left several long strands in the back. Even after I went back to have her fix it, she rushed through it and didn’t get them all. I had to have my husband cut all the stray long strands of hair — he said there were several. I will probably continue to get my haircut their but only from the stylists that I know and trust.

I went here last week to get a hair cut last min. I’ve been wanting to get a haircut for a longest time cuz my hair was getting way too long. Since i was hanging out with my family at the mall I thought I’d give this place a try. I’m glad that I did, bcuz I had such a great experience! They asked me to come back in like half an hour so i did some walking/shopping around first and then came back and Jessica came to work on me. Usually i’m not the type to talk to strangers but this girl was so sweet and nice we were just talking about everything. She did a great job cutting and blow drying my hair, i could tell she was taking her time doing it. I was the last person there and she didn’t rush it at all. The price was good too at 17.95. Will def come back again!

I wanted a haircut and since I was in the area, I went with Master Cuts. I was sort of dreading getting my haircut there because I wouldn’t expect much from a hair place in the mall, but I was pretty wrong about that. When I arrived, there wasn’t much of a wait, only thing is, there isn’t much of a lobby so your’e just standing in the little area where all of the products are. They got to me almost right away right after transacting another customer and I was on my way. I’m not much of a salon/barber goer, so as usual, I didn’t know what to ask. The stylest was pretty knowledgeable about her craft so she recommended what I should get for what I generally wanted, if that makes sense. Reluctantly, I just sat there and let her do her thing. Every once in a while, she’d check in to see if it was the way I wanted, which is good. I’m sorta weirded out by small talk, so it was beneficially for me that she was just asking relevant questions. She was very meticulous about her work and went over sections multiple times, time consuming, yes, but well worth the effort. This attention to detail definitely made me tip a little more than I originally intended. She made sure to adhere to how I usually wear my hair based on what I said, and she got it down pretty well. I definitely left with a sense of confidence because of the look of my hair. Overall pretty good! Just a little pricey than what I guess I’ve paid for a cut in the past. Sorry to the stylest who I had for walking in with a hat and my hair all crazy though haha. Keep up the good work!

I gave Mastercuts a try the other day and could not be happier. Angelina was the stylist I was fortunate to have and she was awesome! I showed her a picture of a previous haircut and she duplicated it perfectly. To make the experience even sweeter, the haircust was only $ 17.95!!! If you are ever in Fairfield and need a great cut, go and see Angelina, she’s wonderful!

I went to get my haircut on the recommendation of my sister, who got her hair done by a stylist named Peter, she said he was just fabulous, so i went in and he gave me one of the best haircuts i’ve ever gotten, he told me he’s been doing hair for like 20+ years, i totally love my hair, i highly recommend going to see Peter, he really listened to what i wanted, these days it’s hard to find the right person to cut your hair, i’ve found my hairstylist forever.

Since I only recently moved to the area, I was having difficulty finding someone who did eyebrow waxing. I tried several places in the mall, but the people who did waxing only worked a couple of days during the week. I finally found a salon that had someone who did eyebrow waxing. I had to wait a long time because there was a line in front of me waiting to get their hair cut. There was nowhere to sit down, so I had to stand the entire time. Finally, I was taken back to have the procedure done. Used to going to a separate room where you totally recline, I was somewhat taken aback when my head was placed on the shampoo basin. My eyebrows looked pretty good; however the wait and the uncomfortable basin overshadowed this fact. Used to paying $ 8 — $ 10 in similar establishments for eyebrow waxing in San Jose and San Francisco(except in high-end areas), I was surprised at the $ 15 price tag.
