The good news is that the long waits for a table at Molto may be over. At least that’s what it seemed like on my last few visits. You used to show up at like 10 on a Saturday and you’d still get a bit of attitude and something like«It’s going to be a while…» from the host. But a lot of new places have opened nearby, so that might have helped. Or hurt, depending on your perspective. Anyway, I was meeting a friend and was seated right a way, at a booth(!) even before my friend showed up. We started with the burrata, which I have somehow become obsessed with lately. Unfortunately tonight’s version did not come in a ball of the creamy cheese like usual. Instead of a ball, we had an amorphous blob of the stuff. Oh well, it was still pretty tasty after throwing on some salt and pepper. Fig spread with goat cheese on crostini was a good option if you like a little sweetness with your cheese. The shrimp cav appears to be Molto’s answer to lobster mac n’ cheese with cavatelli pasta and shrimp taking over the starring roles. The menu said it’s red pepper cheese sauce encrusted with parmesan and the word was that this may have been a bit too much. Too much cheese, if you can believe that. More than half went uneaten and my friend passed on the doggie bag. I had the chopped cobb salad minus the pancetta, which is my go-to if I want to avoid carbs and keep things reasonably healthy. It’s still a good choice, but if I got it again, I would probably cut down on the gorgonzola(all the mix-ins like the hard egg, cheese and avocado are in separate corners and you combine them yourself). I picked Molto because their kitchen is open later than most in the area. There’s nothing worse than going to a restaurant after a show and you get the vibe that everyone working there just wants to put the chairs on the tables and get outta there. Fortunately that’s not the case here. There were still several tables there around 10, so that awkwardness was avoided. Molto has some good dessert options. The tiramisu is a safe bet, while the cannoli dip is a great choice if you are looking for something a little more decadent. Now that the crowds have dispersed a bit, it seems that Molto may need a bit of a refresh. The food is good, but maybe it’s time to mix things up a bit. And I don’t know if I would keep the movie playing up on the wall. It’s kind of their signature thing, but it’s may be a tired trick by now and it’s actually a little distracting if you’re facing the screen and trying to have a conversation with the person across from you. Fortunately«La Dolce Vita» was playing tonight and not some movie where they gas dogs that someone complained about in his check-in. All that said, Molto is a safe bet for late night dining and for a group meetup where there is something for everyone.

Cool bar and restaurant scene with decent, but not exceptional, Italian food. Solid 30 minute wait on a Friday night. Centro is a better choice in my book.

This is wifey and my goto spot for a quick bite and a cocktails at the bar before heading over to the FTC or The Warehouse for a show. Not easy to do with a large group but for us as a couple we usually slide in at the bar. Our absolute favorite is the Arugula Di Parma Pizza. It’s very fresh and light and has a nice pulpy sauce to it. Wifey sometimes likes to get the salads and I am quite partial to the Spicy Garlic Shrimp. We tend to wash it down with a nice glass of red wine or a martini if we are feeling risqué. Always consistent and satisfying before a night of fun

Excellent place to come for lunch or early dinner. Drinks are reasonably priced and their flat bread pizza is on point.

There is no denying the food here is delicious. However I do have a few issues with pizzeria molto. My friend and I got the grilled asparagus to share for an appetizer. While it tasted amazing, for a whopping $ 9.50 we were presented with 5 measly pieces of asparagus on a plate. I thought I was getting an appetizer not a food rationing from WW2. Both of us ordered salads for lunch(Cobb and chicken Cesar), and it appeared as though they were waiting for the lettuce to finish growing in the back. Perhaps if we did not receive only 5 pieces of asparagus we would have not been as famished during these 30 long minutes. When it did finally arrive, the salad was tasty but the chicken in my salad was very dry. And finally, the macchiato. Oh the macchiato. Barbie let pizzeria molto borrow her kitchen mug set for this one. It came in a cup so tiny you can’t even fit your finger through the holder. My friend had to order another coffee because the macchiato was laughable, literally .We laughed for 5 minutes. All in all, the food here is good. I would come here again and give it another chance, but maybe next time I’ll Stick with a pizza.

Service was excellent. Fig bruschetta was very good but probably better shared. Bronzino puttanesca was flavorful. My wife and daughter can’t stop raving about the chicken parmesan.

I just love Molto. The atmosphere is kinda fancy, so I always feel so sophisticated when we come here to dine. The pizza is incredible– I recommend the Arugula di Parma or the California as they are both divine! But, they ain’t cheap! Just saying, if you come and want a great experience be ready to be spendy. Treat yo self! My one complaint is that they don’t take reservations, which can be really annoying at times as the wait can be long(1hr+) but, it’s totally worth it.

Love Molto! Food is delicious and they have the best sangria hands down! My go-to dinner date restaurant. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because of the noise level. Other than that, I absolutely love it.

I love Molto. Great pizza and wine list. I always get the arugula and shrimp pizza. It is delicious. The only negatives are that it can be really loud and hard to hear inside. I wouldn’t recommend coming here with a larger group. The outdoor seating can be nice. I have had pretty good experiences in terms of the service and food coming out quickly.

Food was stellar. Grabbed an early dinner on a Saturday night. Our wine was great. Nothing stellar but good. I got the broccoli rabe app and the penne vodka. My girlfriend got the cauliflower app and the tuna salad. EVERYTHING came out fast, fresh, and delicious. The stand out was the cauliflower though. For a guy who’s not about veggies, I wanted to order another serving for myself. That was my only downfall, my server was not attentive since it seemed like he was also the host and taking care of the patio. We can’t wait to go back, I’m sure I’ll be craving it soon!

Our party of four was at Molto New Year’s Eve. We had a terrific meal but something went horribly wrong for Molto and we all felt very sorry for this excellent restaurant. The place was practically empty. In fact we were told the kitchen was closing at 10pm. The only reason I can think of is that they do not take reservations which must have scared so many people away no one wants to suffer an open ended wait. I bet management will adjust their policy next year. In any event, the food and service were terrific. We shared several starters including a fantastic cauliflower app which had the consistency of divine mac and cheese. The fried calamari is excellent. We shared two delicious veal dishes including the carcioffi and the parmesan. The food at Molto is excellent but the knock for me has always been the noise generated by weekend crowds. We didn’t have that problem New Year’s which I am certain will be corrected for next year. Also they removed the continuous loop of La Dolce Vita on the big screen. GOODMOVE.

Food and drink was delicious! I came here with my sister on a Friday night. It was busy, we waited at the bar for 30 – 35 minutes for a table. While we waited we chatted it up with a super nice local and has white sangrias. It was pricey(~25 for two) BUT they were a good size cup of wine so that wasn’t a huge downer. For dinner we had the crab cake and polenta, eggplant parm, mozzerella sticks, butternut squash gnocchi and a sausage and mushroom pizza to go. Everything was delicious! Pizza is thin crust so if that’s your thing, you’d like this pizza. Would definitely make at trip back. A great place to hang out with the girls.

Blah… Can’t comment on the food, just sat at the bar and had a few beers. Bartender had the attitude that if we weren’t ordering food we should leave. I get it, you want to make money — but consider repeat business from maybe a friendly demeanor. Worst part was on the way out… 2 managers, 1 server and a hostess(on the phone) — but none had the time or manners to say ‘thank you, see you again’. I actually jokingly said«no no, thank you» and got no response or even a look in our direction. I believe the rumors of attitude and indifference are true.

The only downside to this place is that it’s ALWAYS packed. There’s usually always a wait, no matter how small your party is. But it’s worth it. The service is always great, and at one point I was such a regular(weekly girls night) that the bartender remembered our food/drink orders! The food is always fresh, and they change their menu slightly for winter/summer along with specials. Must tries are: butternut gnocchi, steak sandwich, burratta, salmon, and pretty much any pasta dish. Their desserts are also amazing, with my favorites being the cheesecake and tiramisu. They also have half priced bottles of wine on Monday’s.

First time I came here the food wasn’t great, went there today and it was the complete opposite of bad. I had the stuffed clams, fried calamari, tilapia salad, mozzarella sticks and a awesome cocktail everything was fresh and very tasty.

Best time to come and eat for dinner in on the weekdays(Mon-Wed), any other day, be prepared to wait between 15 – 45 minutes. They have a rather large wine selection and don’t hesitate to ask your waiter/waitress for a taste, they’re more than willing to oblige. Their food is an upscale Italian, and if you’re willing to pay $$$ for a salad then this is the place for you. I have tried the Burrata Mozzarella, Campagna Salad, and Linguini Von Gol(multiple times), and the Canoli dessert — all were exceptional. During the warm weather, you have the option of sitting outside. The restaurant is conveniently located on the Post Road so you can’t miss it, the place is constantly packed with people, lunch & dinner.

Food is absolutely delicious, my favorite dishes are the cheese platter, baked clams, filet pizza, penne a la vodka. Aside from all the items in the menu being delicious those dishes are my top best! Weekends is always a good time to go, good atmosphere, in the summer you can enjoy eating outside by their front patio, they also open the front door windows so the restaurant gets a nice summer breeze!

This was my second visit to Molto. What a fantastic meal. From the uniqueness and freshness of the chopped salads to the great selections of small plates. The fig bruschetta was amazing as was the squash Gnocchi. I also had the filet mignon Barolo which was fantastic. Tender, wonderfully tasteful. Do not miss. No reservations so you will need to wait.
