I have been a client hear for years, but have seen this place go down hill. I’m never ever going back.
The receptionist (said her name was Kelly) is rude and unprofessional. In a very middle school mean girl way, she makes the customers feel bad in order to justify her meanness. She left me close to tears when I called with a simple question. I’m never going back there!
The best massage person I’d found there was let go, and the treatment people there are overly chatty and don’t take a hint so I have had to pretend to sleep to get them to stop talking during treatments.
I recommend finding somewhere else. Save yourself from the rude lectures by an overly bossy receptionist and the chitchat during your treatments.

I just got off the phone with the receptionist and am close to tears. She was awful to me. I cannot BELIEVE that any place would treat a new customer like this.
I had researched places for a new spot to get a facial and had gotten really excited by the reviews (now I know why there are so few good ones).
I called today to cancel my appointment for later today. They have a 24-​hr cancellation policy. I apologized profusely and I wasn’t even able to finish my sentence before the woman on the other end cut me off. She berated me for calling and said she couldn’t consider rescheduling me, went on about how she had to turn down 8 – 9 people yesterday for this coveted appointment spot that I had stolen from them.
Have you heard of a wait list? Have you no empathy for others? What if there had been a death in my family? I have a very busy schedule and don’t need people who are supposed to be providing me a LUXURY SERVICE to treat me like crap.
I hope that this woman learns to treat others better but I will absolutely never set foot in this place. Maybe that’s why their services are cheaper but I will gladly pay 2−3x to go somewhere where I will feel appreciated.

I do the Cavi Lipo here. The place is super clean quiet spa atmosphere. The people are nice and make you feel relaxed and welcome. The treatment is done by Sa’sia I think she does a great job and the results are stunning!

I recently moved away from CT to the west coast and one of the places I was super sad to leave behind was Pia Lauren Spa.
Ambiance — relaxing atmosphere, beautifully decorated (you can tell Pia put so much work into creating a relaxing space for her clients).
Staff — the staff here is amazing. They are all so friendly and really get to know their clientele. They always offer water, tea, and I’ve had espresso a couple of times (not sure if this is the drink of choice after a massage, but it was yummy and thoughtful). Also, important to note that no one pressures you to buy products, I know from experiences at other places that the employees are constantly trying to get their clients to purchase products, but this is NOT the case here.
Massages/​Facials — I’ve had deep tissue, swedish, and hot stone massages here and they were all great. Very professionally done, soft music playing in the background. Just perfect. Prices are what you would expect to pay from a privately owned spa, you could probably go to a
«massage chain store» for a little bit cheaper (and I mean a little bit). I tried this, but there was no comparison. Its worth the little extra money for the service and ambiance to go to Pia. The facials are good too. All of the products used feel and smell wonderful.
I’ve been to a couple of spas here in CA and nothing compares to Pia Lauren Spa :(Highly recommended.
