Had a great experience here using a Groupon for laser hair removal. The office itself looks like a little house, but it’s very well run with soothing atmosphere. The guy who makes and confirms appointment and the staff who explain the procedure were friendly, conscientious and knowledgeable. The nurse technician who does the actual laser is great– puts you at ease but focused and professional– don’t forget to tip her. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is I think for some of the procedures they do here, I’d rather see a doctor. This is more of a spa service environment, but it’s a great one. You can’t beat the prices and after the Groupon they explain that you should always buy during a special, which they advertise online.
