This place is relatively inexpensive, but I found it to be poorly staffed, dingy/dirty and awkward. My appointment was at 11am, but when I arrived just prior to my appointment, the business wasn’t open. I noted that it’s hours indicated that it should have been. I waited for 15 minutes until someone(the owner?) arrived. Then, when we went over my treatment(massage, including hot stones and scrub), she quibbled with me over the price listed online and in their pricing brochure vs. what she wanted to charge($ 15 – 25 more). She agreed to the lower price, claiming that I was combining treatments even though it was a clearly marked/described combo treatment to begin with. Slightly annoying, but forgiveable. After the pricing discussion she escorted me to the bathroom, and I quickly noticed how dirty the place was: walls had scuff marks, carpets appeared unclean, couches in waiting area were tired and sagging, the bathroom overall was terribly dirty, with grime in the corners, no handtowel(s), etc. The treatment room itself was clean, but it was essentially a drywall cubicle that was completely open at the top. During my time at the business, she was the only employee present in the hour and a half+ I was there — and she did my treatment. I wouldn’t have minded if she were the only staff present, except for the fact that she answered the phone multiple times during the treatment and kept going in and out of the room to talk to walk-in customers. I’m not kidding! The only saving grace was that the massage was good… in the intermittent portions I experienced. I picked this place over price, but I would have been much better off spending an extra $ 50 to go someplace else.
