My doctor initially referred me to Lincare, but after seeing the horrible reviews on Unilocal,I asked them to switch my CPAP order to Quality DME. I got a confirmation from Quality DME the same day the doctor faxed the prescription, and I was setup with an appointment to pick up my CPAP machine within a few days (Lincare called me back a week later). Quality DME likes to schedule home setup and delivery, but they were flexible in letting me come into their offices to pick things up.
The technician I worked with was professional, fast, and answered any questions I had. I can’t speak to their long-​term supply service (getting new tubes, masks, etc every few months), but so far I’ve been very happy with their service.

Thank Quality DME for coming to rescue for my CPAP supplies after my waiting weeks for Lincare of Chantilly to call.
The technician was efficient, courteous and I was treated with respect. I called their office this morning and within an hour they saw me, explained my insurance coverage and had the necessary equipment onsite so I didn’t have to wait. What a relief to get such great service.
